Amazing! Went in for funeral arrangements with very short notice, we were offered condolences , hot drinks and a very personal experience. The lady who helped us brought out flowers for us to see for our arrangements and was VERY helpful, The owner even came out and gave us complimentary bouquets to take home that day. Give them your business it is worth it let me tell you, Night and day from Flower towne where my family and I had an awful experience. Just wonderful!

I’m extremely broken hearted. My husband wanted to SURPRISE me with flowers for my birthday because he works far out of town (13 hours away) and wasn’t able to be here to help celebrate. He set it up YESTERDAY to have flowers delivered to our front door. Well, I received a call from them this morning and they ruined the whole thing. I wasn’t suppose to know!!!! They called and ruined the whole thing for him. That’s not nice at all. We’re so very disappointed. That’s the last time he gives them business. That’s for sure!! They were given specific instructions and they blew it. Nice going Rosery Florist LTD.

Not even close to what was listed in the description sadly. Although beautiful I ordered a specific bouquet for a reason. Understandably, substitutions have to be made, however what I received was not even close to the premium bouquet I ordered for over $100 if you read the description. The staff was pretty abrupt and told me what I recieved was better in terms of cost when I called in the concerns. They offered to take back my mothers flowers and refund me as they were unable to make the bouquet I ordered. I'm obviously letting her keep the flowers ????

Be VERY careful at this store when they are busy. They don't have prices listed anywhere and I was the victim of miscommunication and a very rude employee. I ended up paying $54 to have 3 roses delivered in a ceramic vase. Had it been clear what I paid for I at least would have skipped the shipping. Bit of a disappointment on Valentine's Day for being told something different in store and having the employee be rude to me on the phone when I tried to bring up what I thought was a mistake on the order. I am ok with this being an issue of miscommunication but the employee was defensive and rude and I will be avoiding this establishment for these reasons.

I received a bouquet of flowers from rosery, and I was extremely displeased with the quality of the roses. They lasted a total of maybe 2 days before beginning to wilt. They were overpriced compared to other florists in town, and I definitely made a point to let my spouse know to never purchase from here again. Wonderful Service! The Rosery Florist team was accommodating and helpful with customizing my order as I had a very specific arrangement in mind. As I ordered fully online and from abroad, they were equally helpful mitigating logistics and communicating with me via email/Whatsapp. They even communicated with me prior to their opening hours in order to ensure that I did not miss the cutoff time for same day delivery. Delivery within Sudbury are also free! Not to mention, the flowers were SO beautiful. The team made sure my delivery was on time and kept me in the know throughout the day. It may also be beneficial to mention this is order was during the quarantine, but everything was still delivered on time and with great care/quality. I will definitely order again!

A lovely floral arrangement was delivered to my little grand daughter. The only thing is the floral catalogue and store availability of parts for the bouquet dont coincide. I looked forward to the Bee Well stuffed bee which was not available and sunflowers. I am glad i phoned the shop to order the bouquet personally so i was aware then of the lack of availability. The lady was very pleasant and they did pull together a satisfying alternative arrangement.

Pat and Rosery Florist were excellent in providing flowers for our late summer wedding. Pat's expertise allows her to skillfully advise on what flowers fit your environment, intention and budget. She also has working relationships with surrounding businesses-in particular party rental companies so that she can clearly advise you on how to logistically coordinate everything she needs (i.e. candelabras, containers etc.). She's a pro. The deliveries were on-time. The flowers were in perfect condition. She even called to follow-up with me after the delivery. We were so glad to have Rosery Florist on our wedding team.

Hello all, I am so grateful and impressed with the service our family has received over the years while doing business with Rosery Florist. This past month our family has experienced a few stressful days with expected surgeries and such. I called Rosery and requested two bouquets for family members to be delivered to the Sudbury Regional Hospital. Complications arose with surgery and the flower delivery had to be postponed. The Intensive Care Unit (ICU) does not allow flowers so Pat, the owner of Rosery Florist, called the hospital each morning and afternoon in hopes of sending the flower arrangement that I had ordered to the hospital. I did not have to worry that the flowers would be sent and they would end up sitting at the nurses station for a week. I am so grateful that Pat was so efficient and thoughtful. My daughter ordered flowers for International Women’s day for me. I received a call from Rosery asking if I’d be home and that delivery would be between 11 and 1. At 2 I called the florist and was told there was a delay due to a funeral but they were on the way. My daughter called me at 3:50 because she received notification that they were delivered!! (Apparently that’s done near closing time for all deliveries.....I don’t get this) Anyway.....it’s now 5:10 and still nothing. Very disappointed.

My daughter ordered flowers mid week for Mother's day. I got a call yesterday and today telling me there would be a delivery between 1 & 4. It's 5 pm and still nothing. I was told that if I had to go out they would leave them outside. They are very sorry, all their trucks are out on deliveries and doing the best they can. Here's a solution for you Rosery florist, don't take on more orders than you can handle or deliver on time or rent more delivery trucks! Will never order from them again.

A month ago I went in to purchase a lovely arrangement as a Thank You for my real estate agent, Gwen Price. The owner and staff were very attentive to my needs. The owner took the time to bring me in the back cooler so that I could choose my spring bouquet! She offered excellent advice and caring selection. I wanted to have the delivery on the same day but at the time the delivery personnel were out doing what they do best which is making deliveries. ???? I told the owner that wasn’t a problem - I would deliver them myself! I didn’t mind that at all as I had the time to do so. I am thoroughly dissapointed in the service provided by Rosery. I am from out of town and ordered an arrangement on line for a family funeral. The flowers were not received by the funeral home and when I called between the viewing and funeral I was assured they were shipped. Today I learned that Rosery did not fill the order but had the order and our message on hand which is really sad and very embarrassing . A refund is being offered but that is of little consolation given the nature of the event.

My experience started with Rosery Florist in 1969 when I received the most beautiful and unusual corsage for my Grade 8 graduation. Aw, I still remember it! In July of 2016, I ordered my daughter's wedding flowers from Pat and everyone at the wedding commented on how beautiful they were. My boyfriend was out of town for this valentines day and made the mistake of choosing this establishment. He paid for them to deliver roses and another thing and all they delivered were the roses and totally forgot a part of the order. When I called to see what happened they were very rude and did not even Apologize for forgetting a part of the order and just hung up on me. My boyfriend called to ask about the missing item and they asked if they could just bring it the next day on family day when we obviously have plans and won't be home to wait for the item.
