I ordered a certain flower arrangement for a birthday NONE OF THE FLOWERS IN THE FLOWER ARRANGEMENT I ordered were in the flower arrangement that got delivered to the birthday person. NO ONE called me to ASK if they could change any of the flowers or tell me that they didn't have those flowers. it was one of the first flower arrangements on their website. FORTUNATELY the lady I sent the flowers to POSTED a picture of the flowers ON FACEBOOK - I was embarrassed as the arrangement had gaps and wasn't the type of flowers or look I had planned as a flower arrangement. IF YOU ARE GOING TO ORDER - ask them for a picture of the flowers they deliver

The service from this company is wonderful. I originally ordered a bouquet but then changed it to an outdoor plant. They were kind enough to include a small bouquet with the plant. Both were absolutely gorgeous. Plus she was so very kind to my mother when she delivered. Highly recommend. Great job.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers with a love theme from Petal Pushers only 1 day before Valentine's Day. Petal Pushers said "No problem!" They delivered a beautiful arrangement of Valentine's Day flowers to my fiancé's work place in the morning of the big day. The card was hand written with exactly the description I gave. My fiancé loved the flowers, the card and the attention it received from her co-workers. The contact from Petal Pushers was courteous, enthusiastic, informative and made payment a breeze. The customer service is great, I spent nearly 100.00 dollars on flowers and they were not what I had expected. The owner contacted me and offered to replace the arrangement. This was great and I appreciated it a great deal. That being said, When your trying to make someone feel special it's all about the moment. The business rely tries to please its customers. Instead of a table center piece, That says to my wife your the most amazing thing. I purchased an received a arrangement that said your really cool.

What a great experience dealing with Petal Pushers! She did an amazing job with 2 big funeral arrangements PLUS a last minute casket spray! Super friendly staff (or owner?) made the process of ordering over the phone an absolute breeze. They're open later than the other places in town too so searching for flowers later in the day as I was doing, it was nice to still have someone answer their phone past 4.30pm and who could help out. Two days before Mother’s Day, I knew I might have some trouble ordering flowers and having them delivered. My call was answered by the loveliest woman, and even though she was extremely busy, she told me she would take care of everything. Ordering was quick, and my flowers were sent out for delivery within a matter of hours. The bouquet my mother received was beautiful. Delivery to Capreol was a small, but very reasonable fee. Will definitely order flowers from here again!

Most florists are closed Sundays. Petal Pushers was open for business on a Sunday as well as took my order last minute and made a beautiful bouquet for us! Very pleased with her professionalism, timely accommodations in getting me out of a bind and the quality of the arrangement made!
