This only one star because I have nothing to review. I ordered a bouquet for my daughter's 50th birthday ten days ahead of the date. At 4:00 PM on the day before her birthday I received a call to say that they could not deliver because the address was outside their area. Not enough time for me to react or make other arrangements. If I had been notified when the order was placed, I could have perhaps made some arrangement to have the bouquet picked up. Worse still, I said several times that I wanted the money refunded to my card and each time I got another option offered. I do not usually write reviews positive OR negative, but this experience annoyed me so much that I felt I needed to warn other customers about the poor customer service.

ent my mother a fruit bouquet as she recovered from surgery. She said the bouquet was both beautiful and tasty! The service was also super quick! I ordered it in the morning and it was delivered the same day. Thank you so much for a great overall experience. I will definitely be ordering again!

Thank you Fruitastik Bouquets! The fruit basket was amazing. We received the whole fruit selection. Great variety, all very fresh and it looked so pretty. Delivery person was very nice as well. Just perfect for my mom’s 90th birthday!

Ordered last minute from out of town as a gift for my mother in law. Super friendly and delivered that night right on time. The bouquet was so much nicer than the pic (which was already nice) and my mother in law absolutely loved it! Very happy !!

What a fantastic experience! Ordering from Fruitastic Bouquets was a pleasure! Joanne was so helpful and she was so accommodating too! She worked with me on every detail until I got my order just perfect and just the way I wanted it! I ordered the 'I Love You Berry Much' for Valentine's but she was able to add chocolate on all of the berries - not just half - for a small additional fee - and she gave choices as to the colours of the chocolate too! She was so patient with me and you can tell she really cares that the customer is happy! For the bear Joanne suggested a special ribbon for the bear's neck because I wanted the bear to have a little something extra! LOL and she gave me choices as to the wording on the pick that sits amongst the berries too! When it came time for the wording on the card she was so patient with me until I felt I got it just right! Joanne gives wonderful customer service - she is professional but so warm and friendly and she has a great sense of humour too! She made the whole experience so much fun! I highly recommend Fruitastic Bouquets and Thankyou so much for all your help with my orderJoanne!
