I was very disappointed with this location. I placed an order for a simple bouquet for a friend's birthday and was charged, however, this bouquet was not delivered. I called and was told I would be refunded as well as receive a gift card. I never received the gift card even after calling and email twice about it. Will not place an order from this company again.

I've also ordered at very short notice, and the customer service was fantastic, helping me out by getting exactly what I wanted in a very short amount of time. My sister and I ordered a regular sized custom bouquet with 35$ of extras added for Mother’s Day on April 22 (so definitely not a last minute order). Our total order came up to over 125$. We chose to have delivery done in the morning. Someone called around 1pm to confirm someone would be home. By 5pm, no delivery yet!! We were not impressed so tried contacting the business but no answer. Their answering machine stated they received an overwhelming amount of orders and to try texting whomever had called earlier. They finally called us at 6:30pm after we texted them, just to tell us they would be unable to make the delivery that day and is it ok if it’s delivered tomorrow?! I don’t know how they prioritized their deliveries, but a large, custom order made over 2.5 weeks ago should NOT have been delayed. Also, if you cannot fulfill all deliveries in the day requested means you overbooked your orders. I hope they learn from this mistake. It is now 1pm on Monday and still have not even received a phone call yet to say they are on the way, so I cannot comment on the quality of the bouquet nor what they will offer us to compensate for the late delivery. There is no one available or in charge to answer the calls or answer any questions, which only increases our frustrations. But I know I will never order from this business again!!!

Absolutely amazing service, I bought a bouquet for my wife because she was having a bad day but I was stuck at work and had no idea how long I'd be there for so the family that owns this business drove it to me free of charge I also don't work in town. This company really does care and they put there customers first. I'll definitely be coming back for any occasion

Firstly, I would like to start off by saying that I always try to stay positive and support local members of our community, but I am very upset with the service I received from this company. I placed an order for a Mother's Day arrangement on May 6th. I confirmed the order with the owner on May 9th, and she assured me that it would be delivered. On Mother's Day, I called at around 2pm since my order had still not arrived. Once again, I was assured that my order would be delivered that day. At 9pm on Mothers Day, my mom had still not received her delivery. I contacted the owner once again, and all she could give me was multiple excuses as to why it hadn't arrived yet. Since Mother's Day was over, I told her I no longer needed the arrangement. She offered to give me a coupon, but I told her I wouldn't need it, as I obviously will never be using this service again. All in all, I'm very disappointed that I spent $120 on what was supposed to be a beautiful mothers day arrangement, only for it not to be delivered. I live out of town, and I'm extremely upset that my mother was left empty handed on what is supposed to be her day. This Mother's Day was a tough one for my mom, as she just lost her mom (my grandma) 2 weeks ago. I would never recommend this business, as the service was completely unprofessional, and the owner could not even take responsibility for her own mistakes. If it's your busiest day of the year, be prepared. This is no way to run a business, and I'm very dissapointed by your unprofessionalism and lack of accountability.

Try the "paw berry*" chocolate covered strawberries. Congrats on a new dog and a distraction if you've had to say good bye to an old one. Never been disappointed!!!!
