Best flower experience of all time. Not that I've had a lot of them, but it's hard to imagine getting better service from a flower shop. Friendly staff, beautiful flowers, and more than reasonable prices. I'm from Toronto and wanted to send a friend feeling a bit under the weather something to cheer her up and not only were they timely in getting them to her, they even picked her up a hot tea on the way over - free of charge. Not saying they will be getting tea for everyone, but they certainly will not disappoint!!

Excellent customer service! I placed a delivery order for same day delivery 20 mins before closing (I hadn't realized they closed at 3) and they got the arrangement together and attempted the delivery. If I could Give no stars I would. Went in there on Friday looking to get flowers for my Grandmothers funeral service the following week, Understandably it is right after Christmas so we knew we may not get what we wanted BUT we walk into flower town and someone says they will be right with us, 10 mins go by still no one, a girl behind the counter was chatting about personal things with a lady another 10 mins go by and my aunt walks up to the counter and the girl goes ill be with you in a moment, I should note the first girl that tole us to wait asked us what we needed and we said funeral for following week. So the girl ask us again what we need and we tell her and she says " Oh, were closed actually all next week, Were going to CUBA. " Thanks for making us wait a half an hour in total when the first girl could have told us they were closed. No one was pleasant or kind We went to a different shop and got THE best service , never giving flower towne my business ever again.

I ordered an arrangement for a funeral from their website. I placed the order in Tuesday to have it delivered for Thursday as the service was on Friday. When filling out the box with the message for the card, I neglected to put my name on it. I didn't think of this until the Friday but thought that it would be on the order somewhere. I contacted them just to be sure but they said they only write it on the card. This was MY mistake, but somewhere in the back of my mind I think it would have been nice if they had contacted me to see if that was intentional or not. The woman was very cordial though and I have no complaints about the customer service from that perspective. The real reason for only giving them three stars though is the arrangement doesn't look anything like the one that they have posted as the image on the website.It's not the same colour and it doesn't have the same number of flowers in it. Not being from that area I perused websites comparing reviews and pricing and chose this store based on that research. When I got the photo of the arrangement from my friend (which I wasn't actually expecting to get), I was very disappointed in what I saw. The site image is very misleading. UPDATE After reading my review the owner contacted me to apologize for that I had been unhappy. She explained that the flowers in the photo were out of season and that they couldn't get them so they substituted with another flower of equal value. She has noted they will take this arrangement out of the portfolio until they are able to get the flower again. The communication with this company is good.

Maybe stick to the speed limit on Algonquin, your driver was doing at least 75 in the 60 when they flew past me. Illegal lane change as well. There is a lever on the side of the steering wheel that is used to indicate the direction the vehicle is turning. I am convinced it is a lack of intelligence issue that causes these people to ignore their signals.

I cannot say enough about how amazing this place is. They went above and beyond for my September 22nd wedding and I simply could not be happier with how everything turned out. They supplied single stems for our centrepieces along with a bride bouquet, 4 bridesmaid bouquets, a flower girl bouquet, and a toss bouquet. All of the bouquets looked AMAZING for over a week after the wedding, even with us carrying them around out of water for hours! Delivery morning of the wedding was fantastic! I never leave online reviews but had to this time as Flower Towne really went above and beyond for my order. I ordered a Valentine's bouquet and even with it being such a busy time of year, they were able to abide by my special instructions and have the delivery made prior to 11AM. Not only that, but the arrangement I chose came with a stuffed bear and the actual bear was 3x the size of the one pictured on the site...AND they even included an incredible Valentine's balloon free of charge. I have to say, I am seriously impressed by the service here and would recommend this company to anyone. The free in-town delivery is just a bonus. Sincerest thanks to you, Flower Towne. I had ordered flowers to be delivered to my girlfriend on her birthday and was really disappointed with flower towne. The owner failed to double check the delivery address and the flowers were delivered to the wrong address. They also called the recipient and notified her that there was a package waiting for her when she wasn't at the delivered address. Once I notified flower towne that they delivered to the wrong address, they did attempt to correct it, which I appreciated - however by then it was too late and my girlfriend had already left work to go pick up the package. Overall I was disappointed about the experience but the flowers she eventually received were beautiful and very nicely arranged.

I was happy to find a large selection of nice, reasonably priced flowers on Flower Towne's website. Ordering online was very easy and secure, and the no delivery charge for the Sudbury area was a bonus. It turns out that the recipient of the flowers, my daughter, was no longer in the hospital room that I had indicated on the delivery instructions --- she had progressed on to the "delivery room." When I phoned Flower Towne, a very polite person told me that they had already called the hospital in advance, to make sure that the flowers would be delivered to the correct tower....and that the nursing staff had informed the florist of the room change. I was very impressed that Flower Towne took the time to phone the hospital on this especially busy Easter weekend. Furthermore, the flower shop lady with whom I spoke immediately knew exactly which flowers I had ordered and assured me that the flowers would be delivered that same afternoon. I give them 5 thumbs up!

A good friend of mine passed away a couple months ago. I went in searching for a beautiful bouquet to send his wife. I didn’t want to use the funeral homes suggestion. The shop was originally owned by an amazing woman, Delores Spadafore, who always took extra time and care with clients to know why the flowers were being ordered and “what the flowers needed to do.” Did someone needed to be cheered up, was someone sick, etc. Yesterday I phoned to order flowers for my Mom. While every flower order from Flowertowne has been consistently great over the years, yesterday’s phone conversation and delivery exemplified the high level of service and care that the new owner and staff continue to put into every order. It took out all the guess work about who to order from, as we live in another town altogether, which also eliminated the cost of delivery. Your selections, descriptions of what was available, and also letting us know the approximate size of the arrangement, which other sites did not do, made our selection easy. I ordered a get well surprise for my niece - she was in hospital when they attempted delivery so they took it back to the shop. I guess it was there a few days - while they attempted to contact her. They made contact with me advising that they redid the arrangement as it was a few days old - all at no extra charge to me. In the end my niece did receive it and it is beautiful. She was sooooo happy. Flower Towne went above and beyond in my opinion and should I ever need to send my niece flowers again you can rest assured it will be through them.

I'm having a small wedding in a month and decided I wanted a small bouquet for myself. Thinking since my wedding is on a Friday at the end of October and just looking for one bouquet i would have no issues. I went to flower towne first because of location. When I asked the clerk looked at me as if I was crazy and I was told that they only do one wedding a weekend so they could focus on the bride and that people book a year in advance. I called 3 other florists and sent a pic of what I wanted and they were all more than happy to oblige and sent me quotes and I picked one of them. I will never shop flower towne.

I just received a flower bouquet from Flower Towne. It looked like the roses and some of the leaves may have been frozen so they did not fare well. I contacted the owner and they were concerned.
