Called to receive a quote for 2 eucalyptus runners (for two 24 foot tables) and a couple flowers for our wedding cake. I had a pretty good idea of exactly what I wanted to assist with his quote. The seller tried to deter me from getting particular flowers due to the price and really wasn’t helpful with alternative flowers or how many flowers/ greens we would need. After a couple minutes of speaking with him I realized that this was sounding more like a chore from his side (kept interrupting me) and I really wasn’t getting any kind of quote, so I said “it’s okay, but thank you so much” and he actually hung up the phone on me.
Not impressed. Things are already more difficult for brides and grooms during Covid, so having people that care and want to make things work for the couple is really important. Honestly really glad I didn’t go with Bella Flowers.

45 minutes after I wrote the review above, I received an unwanted phone call from the owner of Bella Flora. Before I had time to say hello Patsy was yelling over the phone saying “how dare you dis my business, I’m going to call my lawyer on you and post your review on social media…” I was in shock/ awe because I thought maybe it was the male representative I was speaking to earlier calling me back and he had time to think about my inquiry. Yes it is disappointing to receive a negative review on google, NO it is not okay to call the customer back and start yelling at them over the phone. She also hung up on me. Some people may have had a positive experience, but this was mine. Maybe Bella Flora will learn from this and treat their customers with more respect and professionalism.
