I recently ordered flowers from Stratford Blooms for a funeral service. I spoke with Amanda, who was very pleasant and helpful, and who even took the time to photograph the flowers and email the photo to me. The arrangement she created was absolutely stunning! Several people commented on how lovely the flowers were. I am normally quite picky about flowers and couldn't be happier with the floral arrangement Amanda created for us. I only wish we lived in Stratford so I could make this business my default florist. If anyone is considering ordering flowers from this florist, I would strongly encourage you to do so.

Seriously I don't know what to say to this. Wait I do. I ordered the Spring Delight and they delivered a sad version of it. I am in California and ordered flowers for my mother the first time ever. Since we had been apart for over 25 years I thought by sending her flowers for the first time I would do some research on the best flower company close to my mothers home and this place came up. When placing my order I even told them that in my special instructions if they could make it extra special. Well looks like they put together whatever they had at the last minute and delivered it. I called twice and emailed multiple times and still have not received a reply back! their 4.8 rating is a lie! False advertisement. Never ordering from this place again. Some people just don't care and their actions show! You cant treat one customer nice and ignore the others especially when they are paying for something you advertise online. they expect to get what they pay for.

Great service! I ordered flowers to the Stratford Hospital on a Saturday mid day thinking it would be Monday before the flowers were delivered and 1 hour later they were delivered! And the Spring Bouquet was absolutely lovely. NICE JOB!!

I recently ordered a floral arrangement from Stratford Blooms for delivery to a friend. There was a little mishap in that the flowers, although delivered, my friend wasn't at home to receive them. A phone call prior to delivery would have helped. I emailed Stratford Blooms and they responded immediately. They created a fresh arrangement and delivered a second time, free, and communicated with the homeowner until a successful delivery was made. The slight mishap didn't take away my overall first-class experience with Stratford Blooms, especially when the store owner personally took care of the second delivery and kept me informed of the second delivery every step of the way. I highly recommend Stratford Blooms to anyone who wants to deal with a responsible florist. Their online catalogue offers some beautiful and tastefully created arrangements. The price is also reasonable. I hereby would like to thank Amanda and Janette for their professionalism in the floral business.

Customer service at Stratford Blooms is second to none. Amanda and her staff are creative, knowledgeable, and accommodating! Amanda went out of her way to support our efforts to save our ailing fig. She’s an incredibly patient and kind hearted soul. The shop is beautiful and welcoming. We’ve purchased gorgeous flowers from the case, succulents in sweet and seasonal pots, and an amazing grapevine wreath. Definitely our favourite Stratford flower shop!!
