Very, very happy with the bouquet of flowers purchased here. The lady that owns the shop was very pleasant. The service was fast and great value. The presentation and way it was wrapped was definitely a step above other shops I've frequented over the years. 3 weeks later (as I write this) there is still about 30% of the bouquet remaining. I'm so pleased with the flowers I ordered for my dear friend, who is like mother to me. I sent them to her home a day before her b-day so she may enjoy them even earlier. She was surprised and was filled with tremendous amount of joy to receive them????????. Upon receiving them she took some photos and sent them to me. That was the first time I seen the actual floral arrangement. I was so pleased of the overall look. Even the card that was sent with it. The print was large enough to read and it looked good in the floral design. I thought it was going to be those dinky little piece white card and a hand written message ????????. So I'm super satisfied with the turn out. Hence this lengthy review ????????Also, the lady that I spoke with when I enquire about the flowers was warm n cheery???????????????? When arriving, can only access from the 401 eastbound exit off Brimley, as there is a concrete median driving Brimley north and south. She gave my son a mum to help keep him occupied.

Such a nice little flower shop! It's quite deceiving from the outside as the plaza it's located in isn't very appealing to the eye but it's really cute on the inside. Last minute Flower order for a funeral Chose Florida Flowers because of the proximity to the Armenian Church and looking at the reviews it was clear that Margaret cares very much for her clients. Left an email at midnight requesting specific flower colours if possible and found out when she called me back the next day that she had put in a flower order the night before to have the colours I needed. All the ordering was done by email & over the phone. Margaret was given a budget and her suggestions were very good for the flower selection. The Sympathy wreath is exactly what we wanted and it was a perfect way to honour our friend.

Margaret was very nice and patient. I asked for a substitution in flowers and was prepared to pay an extra charge but it didn't cost more (although I'm sure it depends on the type of flowers). She sent me an email invoice for the order, and I also received an email confirmation after they were delivered. The flowers were fresh and the custom wreath was beautiful. The owner Margaret seemed very nice and genuine when we went into her office looking for a florist for our wedding. The place was okay looking but slightly unorganized. Nothing fancy at all but we didn't care what the place looked like we were just looking for someone that could help us execute our vision within our budget. We felt our budget was pretty healthy at $4000 for a wedding of 150 people. After going over flowers and our choices she said she would have to do some "flower math" and get back to us the following day. Now it was a few days before Christmas so I figured it was maybe taking her longer to get back to us with a quote because she was busy. A week later I sent an email and she responded by saying it would be ready the following morning. The next day my fiancé called and Margaret said she would be sending it that day. It's now been three weeks and another email to her and still no quote or response. However, she's had plenty of time to post on Instagram. Disappointing but we ended up finding another florist that was within our budget and had quick responses. I guess our business wasn't important to her .
