Placing the order was a great experience. The lady I spoke with was nice and curteous. I requested birthday flowers - same day delivery. Was told they would arrive between 2pm-6pm. The flowers arrived close to 7pm. I had to call twice to ensure my order was correct. The flowers looked quite sad. I was not happy with the quality at all. Water had spilled all over the container and it was a big mess.The vase was also dirty. I paid $59 and could have gotten something better from Dollarama. Very unhappy. Won't order here again.

Ordered a Flower Cake hoping that it would be delivered timely. I was advised that the product was out for delivery more than three hours ago and is on its route. However, it is not yet delivered. The person who i spoke with and who claimed to be the owner was very rude and appears to have no clue about proper customer service. Will never recommend this shop to anyone.

Update I went back a year later for anniversary roses, I had a very rude experience in person with the wife. She made a nasty comment, I wanted to just walk out but I needed the roses. I went by the store on Saturday, May 12th to grab another arrangement. It was the day before Mother's Day and they were very busy but still provided top notch service. Very pleasant and helpful. I ordered 2 arrangements from them, both to be delivered. My first encounter with them was over the phone- very pleasant and very professional. I decided to proceed with my order and went in person to place my order. The man that helped me with placing the order encouraged me to put more money into both arrangements to make it look "nicer", and I did. I was not impressed with the overall look and it did not meet my expectations at all. The first arrangement was a bouquet. I asked for mostly white flowers and a hint of hot pink. My friend received a bouquet with some white flowers with a lot of blush. I wasn't happy, but I was able to forgive because my friend liked it. My second arrangement was for a funeral. The funeral was on a Sunday, and I have been told that they will deliver the arrangement on a Saturday because they are not open on Sundays. I was understanding of that. When I got to the funeral, the flowers were NOT THERE. I asked everyone in the funeral home if they have received flowers. The staff didn't receive any but they still searched high and low for me- the flowers were no where to be found. I called Da Vinici and left a voicemail. The flowers were then delivered more than half way through the service. I was not impressed. However, this is NOT what UPSET me the most. NO ONE from Da Vinci Flowers had the decency to RETURN MY VOICEMAIL. How can you just drop flowers off when the service is almost done, and ignore the fact that I left a voicemail? Not only did you not keep your promise to have it delivered on time (I confirmed on Friday as well); you interrupted a FUNERAL service, delivered a sub par arrangement and did not even bother to call back to apologize or explain? I felt like I was taken advantage of.

Received flowers from this florist that was ordered by a friend. The arrangement was so beautiful and thoughtfully arranged, especially the colour palate. I was looking for a great florist for years and since I was impressed with my arrangement, I ordered two arrangements the next day. They were beautiful as well and arrived as expected. I was worried about the one arrangement and the delivery, so I emailed them to inquire. They emailed me back within the hour informing me of the status of my delivery. Wonderful customer service. Will definitely utilize this florist again. The price is comparable to other florists. Please take into consideration the delivery fee, service charge when ordering.

My parents use Da Vinci for all occasions and they suggested I give them a call about flowers for my wedding next year. I realize it's early, but I am getting ideas and quotes and like to be organized. I called a few weeks ago and my name and number were taken and I was told someone would get in touch with me. Radio silence. I happened to be in Scarborough last week and popped into the shop. I was told it was early to start choosing flowers but again my info was taken down with the understanding they would reach out when they started booking for next year. Just got a call saying they couldn't help me for next year. Ummm? What? No explanation. Nothing. Weirdest interaction with a business ever.

Ordered with them three times, and every time has been perfect. The flowers were always delivered in the morning, and are of great quality. The price is worth it. I've had horrible experiences with cheaper florists. Don't be afraid to pay a couple bucks extra for amazing quality and service.

Called to let me know what was happening and went well above and beyond. Ordered online and was quick and easy. Later cut off times then others in the GTA. Definitely worth checking out.
