My husband phoned in from London ON to arrange a floral bouquet for our daughter-in-law on giving birth to our only grandson. Darla took the order, assisted with different flowers, colour of vase and size of teddy bear. Arrangements were made to deliver the next day. Darla ran into a wall because the hospital couldn't locate my daughter-in-law, so the flowers weren't delivered. She phoned us long distance to tell us. This morning, my son told me the flowers were delivered at 8:00 PM. Darla did this. Best service of any kind I've experienced in decades. SHOP HERE!!

They didn't have exactly what was in the picture, instead I got a phone call and I think I got something better ! I also made a mistake on my order which was sorted out. The lady's name was darla and she was extremely helpful, and very nice and even went the extra mile to send me a picture of the creation in the end. ????????????
