Serendipity Flowers saved my life. I call them up THREE DAYS before my wedding and they agreed to do a bridal bouquet for me. It cost $120 for this beautiful bouquet with lots of variation, exactly how I described. It was a hectic day and they even did free delivery! I am so happy I went with Serendipity Flowers, excellent service, and excellent quality flowers!

I called from out of town to have a succulent garden delivered to my friend & the lady I spoke to was so pleasant & wonderful to deal with. My friend received the delivery within a few hours of me placing the order & sent me a picture of the arrangement. It was beautiful. Would highly recommend to anyone! I have had several experiences with Serendipity Flowers, from funerals to birthdays. Talk about being attentive and having staff who care why you are needing arrangements. I have also purchased amazing crystals. Being inside of thier shop means tranquility and feeling of home. No rushing here. That means a lot to me because I feel like family here and never pressured to buy. I am treated like gold when I spend $2 on one stone or a lot more on many stones or flowers. Everyone is respected and welcomed. Just go on in.

I liked it better when they were on 22nd street and Avenue H South. Greeted as soon as I got in the place but as I was looking around seemed like there was no one around or they were to busy. Unlike at the old location I was greeted, left to look and then they were double checking to make sure I was doing good.
