It's good to have a place that I can order flowers for mother's day etc. But they tell you the companies that actually make the arrangements want at least 65-70 $per arrangement. But when I called a few of the florists in Surrey BC they all said that was not the case. I was told to phone the florist in the place I am sending and I could get a better deal. I like to support local shops but when you get charged near twice the amount it makes me not want to shop local of you are getting gouged.

Extremely disappointed! We ordered a bouquet based on a picture from their site and what was delivered paled in comparison. They weren't even vaguely close! I called and asked that it be rectified and their solution was to send our daughter some more roses for her to add to the arrangement. We asked for the flowers to be replaced with an arrangement that looks closer to what we ordered. They sent out another bouquet within 10 minutes (threw something together) and delivered it. What they sent was sad and disappointing.

I was working up north and I wanted to send some flowers to my girlfriend so I called and asked if it could be delivered the same day and the lady said yes before asking what price range I wanted before making something custom for me since I was not there in person ! Girlfriend was really happy so I was too ahah Thank u P.R.F.G !
