Sooooo disappointed. I sent my mom flowers for Valentine’s Day. I took my time picking them out online. It came to around $100.00. I don’t know why I bothered being picky they look absolutely nothing like the picture. They have a box where you say allow variations to avoid delays but what a mistake! She sent me a picture & thanked me. They look like the 20.00 flowers you buy from Sobeys :(

Horrible! Someone needs to open another flower shop in North Battleford because Milbankes is a rip off. I’ve been disappointed so many times by this flower shop. The flowers they deliver look nothing like the flowers on their website. I ordered a bouquet for my Mother’s Birthday and there were 3 roses in it, paid $120. The photo on the website I ordered had 8 roses. They don’t seem to care and think they did a good job. I buy flowers all the time so they seriously lost thousands of dollars a year because they have terrible customer service.

Ordered on line and then called there the day of delivery to ‘make sure’ and the lady was very nice and helpful! The flowers were delivered that morning as I’d hoped and I was told by the recipient the bouquet was beautiful and described just as the photo I chose from! Very happy with the service! It was perfect. I use only milbankes. I tell them the flower they set it up. For my moms coffin they did a beautiful so beautiful that they have lasted since January and they r still while. Usually when I describe what flowers that know me and usually can fell me. I am always appreciate the hard work they do for me. I give them an order and leave it up to them and I am never unhappy. I recommend milbankes to anyone who wants quality of flowers

I told her kind of what I wanted and she nailed it plus, got them delivered late on a Friday afternoon to boot! My mom's words were "Just love them and the stalks of wheat too! So thoughtful."
