Too expensive for my wallet. Very few perenial plants. I was disappointed to be truthful. The clothes are expensive and for model size. I was looking for plants and decor for my yard but came away empty handed. Didnt even spend my $50 gift card. So will give it to my friend to add to hers so she can buy 2 gnomes!

Super helpful and friendly staff... probably the best place to shop for "garden variety" items. I always feel slightly confused when I walked from the aisles of greenery to the indoor fashion boutique, but not in a bad way! I find it very charming. Seriously though, I always find myself coming up with excuses to go to Dutch Growers...

I loved this place. I was soooo very pleasantly surprised to find clothing, jewelry and many beautiful displays with all the Christmas trimmings. It would be nice if it had a coffee shop or some added extra. What very few treats that were offered were overpriced. All items are pricey. The cost of one scrunchy is $10. It is an indication of other high end item pricing. Love the warm atmosphere.

This place has a huge collection of plants and seeds along with all the necessary items required for gardening. The gift items are also awesome to look at and buy. Most things are affordable. Liked their collection of flower plants. I visit this place every summer. Want to visit again. Recommending everyone.

They have so many different things for your home and garden needs and oh my goodness the wide variety of plants and trees and shrubs ughhh there's so many it's awesome and beautiful. They have so many different organic plant necessities which I love because I'm growing fruit that's going to be eaten. Whatever your garden needs are they most likely have it. Their solutions specialist knows so much, if you have any questions they'll usually be able to answer them and give great insight and information.

You can tell the love and care put into every inch of the store, great products and very nice and helpful employees. During summer they have an amazing green house stock full with every plant imaginable and all the help you need to get started. Purchased a fountain there last summer and couldn't be happier.

Knowledgeable staff! I bought citrus trees from this location and after a couple months, it wasn’t doing well... the staff knew exactly what I was doing wrong with the plant. They offered solutions and knew right away! Anyways they have good prices and a great selection of plants and Pots. Their shop also has great great gift ideas and high quality products! The fudge is great as well! I’ll Forsure be back in the future!

Flora, clothing, oils and other garden memorabilia. The atmosphere of this establishment is sublime. Taste testing all the oils as a dip with bread is such a nice stop as is, let alone the variety of plants to choose from for a garden. The employees are well versed in their respective departments and quite helpful at that. Will always enjoy this stop every time.

This is hands down the best greenhouse in Saskatoon. I recently had an especially wonderful experience with Shivani, who helped me put together an adorable succulent arrangement for my mother-in-law. The staff is always friendly and considerate, but she went above and beyond even that! Their selection of plants and planters is unsurpassed and everything is excellent quality. They also have a beautiful boutique area indoors with adorable clothes, jewelry, and household goodies.

I love Dutch Growers and shop there frequently. Staff are always friendly and helpful! However, I recently purchased an expensive hat. When I went to the brands website I noticed the same hat was on sale for a significantly cheaper price (basically half). When I reached out to customer service they weren’t willing to price match. From now on will check prior to buying.

Such a great place. Staff in the plants area are just amazing and so helpful. Only reason I can’t give it 5 stars is sometimes the same plants are literally 2x or more the price that they are at other places. Love the store but finding it harder to justify the prices being so much steeper.

Excellent customer service from their boutique! I placed an online order (I'm a few hours away) but shortly after realized the item wouldn't work for me. I emailed them asking to cancel the order before it ships and they corresponded with me immediately and canceled the order for me. Although I didn't purchase anything from them this time, this experience makes me more comfortable to make a purchase from them in the future.

Specialist in their own trade. Expensive though, still better than other specialized gardening shops in city. I could get seeds for hydroponic indoor garden in winter from them when other big box stores were out. If available, I shall always try to get a product from Costco or Home depot.

This shop was not what I was expecting, but it was so cool. From the coolest clothes on the one end, to tons of amazing cooking ingredients, to the plant side of things, so many things to explore. They have this line of balsamic vinegars that are beautiful, and I ended up buying three of them.

The staff here are always incredibly knowledgeable about whatever area they happen to be in. I've gotten many herbs from here to grow and they've always done really well. I've also been able to buy really beautiful succulents here. In addition, they have a wonderful selection of clothing and apparel that I always take a look through whenever I'm shopping for gardening supplies.

Came in yesterday to pick out a Christmas tree! Big shout out to Jade for helping me compare trees. She was very knowledgeable on what types they had and was very patient with me while I pick the perfect tree! After you pick your tree out they will bag it up and load it in your vehicle, excellent service!

I went to return a jacket I received on Christmas morning as it was 2 sizes to small. I opened it and there was a used disposable mask in the pocket. I went and exchanged it for a different size and the lady told me it looked like it has been worn, how can I wear a jacket that is 2 sizes to small, and when it was purchased the tag wasn't attached either. I'm still disappointed at the fact that there was a used mask in the jacket and that they don't check it over before selling it.

My Covid-19 experience at Dutch Growers was wonderful! I absolutely loved that they enforced a mask only policy and offered multiple hand sanitizing stations along the way as I walk throughout the store. Even though we are walking through the re-open SK phase, as someone who lives with auto-immune I am extremely THANKFUL that a mask policy was in fact in place. This gives me the confidence and reassurance that precautions are indeed being taken. I understand that a mask can be a hindrance and you may think it unnecessary but as someone who lives with auto immune I find it so reassuring that safety is being considered for everyone. If a policy wasn’t in place I would second guess whether I would be able to enter, and at Dutch Growers I know that I can enter safely. Thank you Dutch Growers!!

They really should post online about mandatory masks. Seems to me like they are happy to charge an "entry fee" in exchange for a mask or else they can deny you service. Any other store doing this wouldn't bother me except that I have been told by young workers that they were taken advantage of by the owners, often so that they can make a little more money. So just FYI the owners aren't a moral pillar of the local business community.... And bring your own mask!

Zero star! Today was my last visit at this store which used to be my favorite place here in city. The cashier was super rude and forced me to carry a plastic bag when I asked her not to double bag my plant as I’m trying to not use plastics! So disappointing Reply to the owner: Thanks for your prompt response and that is totally understandable that the plants need to be kept in warm weather. I should have mentioned that while I understand this, I did take the precautions to avoid the temperature shock when leaving the store (by warming up the car in advance and parking in the closest parking spot). So still forcing me to carry a double bag seems unnecessary ... I would rather like to be asked if I still needed a bag and not: "YOU HAVE TO".

Went to buy bedding plants at there greenhouse on Saturday... when I guy at entrance approached me asking if I had a face mask? I didn’t have one.. He told me that there policy was to wear a face mask and I wasn’t allowed in the store.. Thank you ....Over priced Dutch Growers for saving me allot of money. I then went to Canadian Tire and was welcomed there. Spent $300.00 on perennials ..... with a warranty. Very healthy looking plants. I don’t need you either Dutch Growers....But FYI careful of discrimination.. Will not return

Fantastic. Great variety of plants and flowers. A bit pricey but theyre worth it, especially the tropicals and the succulents. It is a bit confusing, a bit disorganized. I did find that when i asked the people work there a question they didnt seem to know much. All i asked where a particular plant was located, they couldnt tell (and i know they had it because i had contacted them by phone to make sure). But its still a great place to go. So many plants!!

Today my wife and I went to return a sweater I had bought my wife for a Christmas Gift. I purchased the sweater with my daughter near the end of November. I brought it home, put it in a gift bag to be opened at Christmas. We opened gifts Christmas Eve. She only tried the sweater on Dec 26th. She didn’t like how it fit but she did cut the tag off but we didn’t think that mattered! Dec 27th we drove to Dutch Growers to return or exchange it with the original receipt and tags! To our surprise the young girl who was manager accused us of having washed it so was unreturnable! My wife Did Not wash it we emphasized to her! Why would anyone wash something that didn’t fit in the first place!! She blatantly told us she didn’t believe us as many people return things like that! After a bit she seemed to somewhat believe us, and only offered in store credit! That was fine, but she made us both feel like we were doing something bad! That really put a damper on us shopping that day! We gave Dutch Growers a lot of business over many years including big purchases. I’m not sure about returning there and certainly will never buy clothing from them ever again! Even if it was washed previously by another customer and returned to the store, why was it put back out for sale?

This has nothing to do with the store it's self but just concerned for the staff member or people inside parking lot. Today, minutes away from writing this and trying to find a way to contact owner- there was two man agrueing in the parking lot causing a scene. We were concerned for someone's safety. Made neighbors and I very unsettled and wither to call police.

Was it me? I was in today with my mother-in-law. I decided to stroll through the clothing. What a great sale. I gathered up three pretty tops. I carried them around the store a few times searching for a dress or maybe a tunic. I saw a fair few staff wander by me, but no one greeted me or offered assistance. I am a bit hearing impaired, so it is possible someone said a quiet hello from further away. When I was ready for the fitting rooms, no one was there. Was I supposed to help myself? This is an honest question. Working in retail for 20 years, you learn all policies are different.

I’ve always loved and supported your store and the staff have consistently been amazing. The (who I presume to be) manager of the clothing section however, was above and beyond essentially any shopping experience I’ve ever had. When I came in, the item I was looking for was low on stock and I was given information about when I could come back for more selection, which was appreciated. What got me though was that they helped me find similar items, and when I was trying things on they brought a pair of shorts I never would have picked up and urged me to try them on. They are now my favourite thing I own. Their attention to my style and preferences as well as guessing my size exactly right was more than impressive. I’ve never felt so good in a pair of shorts before. I can live this summer free to be comfortable in my own skin :) Thank you, and I’m sorry I didn’t catch your name, but you are the reason I will be returning!
