Absolutely love Daisy a day...received these 2 arrangements this week for my birthday and they are absolutely stunning....I was home to receive the second one and the lady that delivered it was soooooo sweet and nice, gave me all the proper tips on taking care of them...I will for sure recommend them to everyone I know and I will certainly be using them in the future not only for myself but I work at a Large Plant Site and order flowers all the time for Employees so I will for sure be using them from this point on....

I am not a person or typically bashes someone on social media however tonight I feel like I have no choice. I 100% do my best to give everyone the benefit of the doubt but I am really struggling right now. We ALWAYS use the local florist - Daisy a Day here in the Fort. The lady who runs it is extremely unfriendly. The first time I experienced her horrible customer service I said ok be kind; maybe she is having a bad day. The second time we used them was to provide flowers for my nephews funeral, the lady had ZERO compassion for my sister in law, who was trying to pick out flowers for her son who suddenly passed away, I thought ok strike two, maybe this is just her personality and I continued to be nice to her. Today I received a flower delivery from my mom, who lives across Canada and always uses Daisy a Day and I couldn’t believe what I received. It was nothing at all like what she had ordered and she was so upset. I called the store to very politely say the bouquet was not what was expected and the lady offered to make me a new one. I always believe in treating people with respect. I was polite, not angry and thanked her several times. She delivered the new arrangement this evening and I thanked her yet again, she refused to talk to me. I put the arrangement down on my counter and the woman left. I went outside to try and catch her to make sure she was ok because I wouldn’t think someone would be that mad about a customer being unhappy and she shut her car door in front of me, wouldn’t look at me and pretended I wasn’t there. This type of treatment towards another person broke my heart. What an awful way to conduct business. It literally brought me to tears. I do not get to see my mom Christmas and getting an floral arrangement from her is special to me. It brings a piece of her into my home. Daisy a Day has ruined that for me this year. I would never in my life treat someone the way this lady did. I hope she sees this post and realized to treat others how you want to be treated. Love one another, don’t hate one another. The pics attached are what was ordered and what was received. There is definitely a difference. Especially seeing the arrangement was almost $90. On top of all of it the flowers were put in a pumpkin vase.

My friend in the UK paid £59 ($102) for flowers to be sent to me. I can only suppose that the delivery fee to Lamont must have taken a lot of the money, because the bouquet is small and disappointing.
