Do not expect good customer service or for your flowers to get delivered. All you can expect with Sarnia Flower Boutique is that your loved one will not receive their special gift on valentines day, and you will have to call and then go to the store to pick up the order yourself only to be treated like it is your fault they cant do their jobs right. Very poor customer service. Would not recommend to anyone. Will never be a customer again. If I could put a ZERO star review i would.

This is a spectacular web site for viewing the wide variety of flower arrangements offered. I ordered on line bc I do not live in the area. Sarnia flower boutique were very accommodating with a speedy delivery. Absolutely 5 stars!!! I live in the US and wanted to send flowers to my sister in Canada. I was a little worried about buying flowers online, but Sarnia Flower Boutique made it easy. The Flowers centerpiece is beautiful and was actually delivered the same day. The boutique gave a courtesy call as i requested (Shift worker) .The price was perfect, the flowers were prefect, and the delivery was perfect. I ordered flowers to be delivered on my mother's birthday. I received two delivery emails stating that the flowers were on their way to her at 2:00 and 4:00 PM - but she never received them. I called the next day, and they claimed to have called her several times (she never received a call), and that they left a voicemail and set up a delivery with her for the next day (I don't know who they set up a delivery with, but it was not my mom). I asked if they actually knocked on the door or merely called, and received a snarky response of "Well, yeah, that's what we do when we make a delivery" - my mom was home all day and is 100% certain they didn't come to the door. I asked why they didn't call me if they weren't able to get a hold of my mom and I received another snarky answer "because you're not the one we're delivering to". No, but I could have facilitated a delivery because clearly they were dialling the wrong number despite them having the correct number. They claimed to have made every attempt possible to deliver the flowers on the correct day, which is an odd claim to make when she didn't receive a single call, they didn't go to her house, and I didn't receive a call. The owner convinced me to allow her to make the delivery tomorrow, and she would call me the next day to make the situation right. Unsurprisingly, I never received a call.

Went in to discuss wedding flowers with my bestie (the bride) and met with Adrienne the shop owner. She was very knowledgeable and completely understood the look we were going for. Also offered up some really good suggestions. Gave a rough estimate which came in under budget which gives some wiggle room. Look forward to working with them in the future. I also really enjoyed looking around at all of the neat little gifts and trinkets. I will visit them for different gift ideas for friends and loved ones. Excellent local shop!

I absolutely love this place. I’ve had some iffy experiences with other flower delivery services in the past, but every time I’ve used Sarnia Flower Boutique, I’ve been so impressed with the quality of the flowers, as well as the quick, reliable delivery. I really appreciate that the flowers delivered actually look like the pictures on the website, fresh and very beautifully arranged. The prices are fair as well, and you can still get some really beautiful arrangements even if you don’t have like $100 to spend on flowers. As for delivery, I’ve ordered flowers to be delivered on the same day, and they actually arrived that same day! The website lets you know if it’s still early enough to do that, which is nice. They arrive early enough in the day too, which is nice. Whenever I ask for a note to be included with the flowers, it’s always written neatly and correctly, which just shows that extra attention to detail. Thanks so much Sarnia Flower Boutique.

Ordered flowers for delivery on Valentine’s Day online. The day comes and at 3pm there are no flowers delivered to my loved one so I call them. The lady says they are putting order together and will be there soon. 530pm I call and the girl tells me the same thing. I explain it’s already late in the day and my loved one has to go to work. She says they will be there just after 7pm! 930pm I get home and still no flowers. I call and the owner answers. He tells me that “I don’t understand how busy they are”, apologizes, offers to bring the delivery in 10min. 45 min later he shows up with the flowers (I paid for deluxe bouquet and was underwhelmed) and some rose petals in a small bag. I’m sure if I didn’t call again the order wouldn’t have come. May as well not have come because 10pm is a ridiculous time to receive your order and it took 3 phone calls throughout the day. Was not offered even a partial refund. Too many flower shops in town to go through this experience. What a disappointment.
