My Secret Garden has been my go-to flower shop since I bought my prom date her corsage here in 2012! My friends and family have always loved the arrangements they've received, the delivery drivers are extremely friendly, and shop is beautiful, and Cecile is both kind and very meticulous with her work!

Not at all happy with my what I ordered and what I got and the price I was charged.???????? I did speak to someone and they assured me that it was correct. It did not have roses only red and white carnations . I know the lady that took my order seemed kind of rushed, time of year I understood that. Was hoping to do more business with them but not now. I did speak with someone..they said they had sent the one I had ordered and did I want it resent. I said at this point no. I was thinking resend the same order that I did not like????? I realized after that the flowers I had been looking at was not the correct name . I will take the responsibly for the wrong name being given. I did sent a picture of what I was told I had ordered and the flowers that were delivered. Everyone that saw either the picture or was there at Christmas agreed it was not at all a nice arrangement. I could have accepted the mix up much better if the arrangement had been like it was suppose to be. Therefore I stand by my review with maybe adding another star. Thank you.

Nice lady - however, I ordered flowers for delivery just around the corner literally just after they opened in the morning and they still hadn't been delivered by lunchtime, at which point I had to postpone delivery until the afternoon. I should have checked probably, but an ETA on delivery would have been nice.

My Secret Garden is sarnia flower Gem! I hace ordered flowers and received flowers from this amazing shop. My flowers lasted close close to three weeks. My mom's lasted 3.5 weeks. Cecile and her staff are friendly, courteous and pay attention to detail! They go above and beyond to work with you for any occasion! And they are not just flowers! This has been my 3rd order in the past 2 years, this time for my mothers birthday. All I can say is that the quality of the arrangements is incredibly inconsistent. One out of the 3 orders was good, but the last order was just unacceptable, especially considering the price and the fact that I ordered the premium arrangement. Comparing to the photos what was received is not even as nice as the basic arrangement and some of the flowers were already wilting on delivery as if they had sat in the delivery vehicle too long. I won’t be ordering from here again.
