Great little flower shop. I always get good service from the staff. Arrangements are nice. You can customize flowers based on the price you want to pay. The new location is nicer than the last with regard to both the location and appearance. Would be nice to have a rewards program to get free flowers after so many purchases :)

I requested $30 with of flowers for my grandmother's birthday. They charged me $15 for delivery and when I got a picture of the flower arrangement they look very sparse and also looked like a funeral arrangement. The hydrangeas looked dead. This is the first birthday without my grandpa I would have expected more. I called the business and they could have cared less even after I had texted them a picture. Don't use them

Hands Down the BEST Flower Shop I have ever been to!!! I literally drive out of my way if I need flowers for someone. I live an hour away, if that tells you anything! Not only did the florist not deliver to a hospital- the merchant contested my credit card dispute and still charged me. He called me immediately after a previous 1 star review and was extremely rude. NEVER USE THIS FLORIST!

I ordered a corsage and boutonniere for my daughter and her boyfriend for prom. The white roses turned brown in my daughter's corsage before the night was over. I will never use this florist again. Not to mention there was a screw up with our order. When I called to complain, the girl was not very nice, trying to put blame on us as if we did something to the flowers.

Ordered red roses for my wife and received yellow ones that have about 2-3 days life on them. Called and talked to the owner Michael after my wife had already tried to resolve the issue herself. The owner wanted me to run them back into town after I already paid delivery for an arrangement that was incorrect to begin with. He was condescending and numerous times chuckled at me as I was voicing my frustration. I told him I would not be giving them my business anymore and he could have cared less. He would not issue a credit towards a future order, only option we had was to bring them back ourselves. Terrible customer service and will never go there again. If you ever have a problem with them don't count on them making it right.

Will NEVER use this place for any business from now on. There is a gentleman that drives a delivery truck for here and is the rudest person ever. I will take my business elsewhere just in case its him doing any deliveries and such. Your whole business looks awful due to him. Its a shame.

My granddaughter was at the McLaren hospital having her first baby. I wanted very much to be there but I live in New Mexico. I wanted at least to send her a nice flower arrangement to congratulate her and welcome her baby girls. I called and I explained what I wanted. DO NOT USE THEM! The worst experience I've ever had with a florist, see pictures. What was advertised on their website was nothing like what was delivered. The arrangement was not varigated in color and came in a cheap plastic pot. When I called to complain, they said that they sometimes have to substitute. I understand substitutions, but the arrangement looked like a clearance plant from a hardware store. They insisted on arranging a pick up of the item to give me a refund.
