I'm very dissapointed when I asked for a 80 - 100$ arrangement and then when I went to pick it up and they say its 156$. I told her that's not the arrangement we had but then she wanted to remove flowers and the flowers were not all those I asked for. Very dissapointed with my whole experience, I would not recommend this place.

UPDATE: the vase they finally brought was so tiny the bouquet didnt fit . Would not recommend at all. Bad service/bad delivery and full of mistakes. Ordered a 75$ bouquet of flowers for mothers day to be delivered to my mom at her home from their website to cheer her up during this pandemic.The package was advertised to be a big lovely bouquet and will come with a glass vase and was to arrive on the sunday of May 10. Paid an additional 12$ for delivery and told my mother a surprise would be coming so she should stay home to expect it. After hours of waiting no flowers arrived. Despite having plans she stayed home waiting while I called the store multiple times all day but no response and a full voicemail .Sent them an email as well with no response . I called the next day and finally received an answer, they apologized for not delivering it on time saying they were 15 orders behind and that they would deliver it today and they will make the bouquet nicer to compensate. My mother waited again til late afternoon where she received the bouquet AND it came wrapped in plastic without ANY vase. I called them back and they said they forgot, didn't offer any compensation and now my mother has to wait for them to bring the vase . DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM .I WOULD HAVE ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK but I felt bad my mom spent so much time waiting around for nothing.
