Before reading. Look at what I bought and what I got. One word for this company: TERRIBLE First of all; overpaid for a bouquet of flours online for mothersday. The order was wrong. I pad 120$ tax in. Got flours worth 20$. When I called to settle and return for the right order. They ignored me and told me they would call back. 6 hours later. They said the same thing. Then I wanted to settle the error and they would hang up in my face. The moral of the review is, dont trust this company. They have 0 customer service. Trying to scam me to pay 120 for 8 Roses.

The worst customer service I have ever received, they clearly do not care about their customers. After ordering off of their website and receiving a bouquet that looked nothing like the bouquet that was ordered, I called to see if it was possible to return the bouquet and get a reimbursement, I was told that they would call me back later as they were currently busy. After waiting around 5 hours I called back for an update, and was told that they had no time to handle my request and would only look into my request after 48hours, which would be to late to return a bouquet of flowers as they would be either dead or near dead. Which I advised them, and asked if I could go to their store and return the flowers in person. Which they advised me that if I did, they still would not look into my reimbursement and reject my request. After requesting a reimbursement again, they told me that they had no time and hung up the phone. I would not recommend this Fleuriste to anyone, the pictures on their website are false advertisement and you will not receive what you paid for. I paid $90 for a bouquet of flowers for my mother for mother day, which I expected to be a big and beautiful bouquet of flowers. But that is not what I received, the bouquet I received had a total of 10 mixed flowers. If I would have known that I would have gone to a grocery store and paid $20 for a bouquet of flowers. Do not trust this place, unless you’re looking to buy a bouquet for someone that you are about to breakup with and you don’t mind overpaying for flowers. I had to call the florist to find a solution, the lady was exasperated with the situation and she washed her hands saying that she was not the one who had delivered it ... she didn’t did not offer a solution. She ended up asking the delivery man to come back to confirm that my neighbor was absent (!). When he rang, there was no answer from her. He rang my doorbell and said to me "anyway your neighbor will come back one day or the other, we always do that and we never had a problem". I called the florist again, she told me that she was making a bouquet again and that she would come and bring it to me, speaking to me as if it were my fault. I finally received the delivery, do not have it delivered. (Original) Service peu recommandable. Bien que les arrangements floraux sont beaux, ne faites surtout pas livrer!!! Ils m'ont appelée à 15:30 alors que le livreur était déjà parti faire la livraison. Ils m'ont demandé quelle heure me convenait; nous nous sommes entendus pour 17:00 même si ce n'était pas leur préférence.. le livreur était déjà dans mon secteur et ils auraient aimé pouvoir laisser le bouquet sur le balcon..! J'ai annulé et déplacé un autre rendez-vous pour arriver à temps. Après avoir attendu, à 17:15 j'ai téléphoné pour savoir si le livreur était toujours en route. Ils m'ont répondu que le livreur avait laissé mon bouquet à la fille de ma voisine. J'ai sonné chez ma voisine; elle est absente et à probablement quitté pour le weekend. J'ai dû rappelé le fleuriste pour qu'ils trouvent une solution, la dame était exaspérée de la situation et elle s'est lavée les mains en disant qu'elle n'était pas celle qui l'avait livré... elle n'a pas proposé de solution. Elle à finit par demander au livreur de revenir pour valider que ma voisine était bien absente (!). Lorsqu'il a sonné, pas de réponse chez elle. Il a sonné chez moi et m'a dit «de toute façon votre voisine va revenir un jour où l'autre, on fait toujours ça et on a jamais eu de problème». J'ai rappelé le fleuriste, elle m'a dit qu'elle refaisait un bouquet et qu'elle viendrait me le porter en me parlant comme si c'était ma faute. J'ai finalement reçu la livraison, ne faites pas livrer.

My experience with them was good, I chose everything and went to pickup, there was a small mix up with the roses but they solved it really quickly and even added some for free , to avoid any problem try to pickup your order. Everyone in the store is really nice specially Dalia, she was the best .
