Extremely poor customer service. I had order a high end bouquet of roses for my mother. Not only was a much inferior bouquet delivered, but when I inquired about it, my concern was met with total apathy. DO NOT use these guys via FTD, you will not get what you ordered.

My girlfriend lives in Quebec and I live in Brazil, I bought online and tried to communicate with tem 5 times in Facebook/Instagram and did not get any answers (just an automatic answer), I don't speak French but I called them and tried to ask them to please see facebook because I could use google translate and they didn't understand me but also didn't tried to communicate with me, at some point they just ignored the phone call. It was very frustrating. The flowers were very beatiful, a great work that would receive 5 stars. But customer service is 1 star.
