I had not used Galbraith's services before but found their website user friendly and I liked the free delivery too. I have to say I have received nothing but compliments from the 2 people I sent the baskets too. The Chocolate Lovers Deluxe has been thoroughly enjoyed as has the Salty Sweet Basket. I will only use Galbraith's from now on as they cheered up a friend and brought joy in a troubled time. It's often hard to send things when you can't see what you are getting but I am VERY impressed with your services. Thank you for being there when I couldn't.

So my friend bought me condolence flowers and had them delivered, but they never came and were delivered to the wrong house. I informed my friend I never received them she called Galbraith Florists up and informed them they went to the wrong house, they said they would deliver them the next day, they never came. She went into town the following day to find out what happened, they said it was HER FAULT and she said gave them the wrong street name. Also, that they only told her they were going to try to deliver them again just to make her happy. They did not even try to fix the mix up or offer her anything to help the situation, they just simply said your mistake and ohwell.

Awesome prices, they usually have some daily specials going on and free delivery when you order online, its hard to find anywhere that offers free delivery now so I always order online with galbraiths. I've shopped around before finding this place and their prices are definitely the best out of anywhere else that I've found. Great location right on Rothesay ave and the quality is great too! they even put a laminated card in with my order with directions to care for the roses I got. I honestly would recommend this place to anyone

Sadly I received flowers on Friday night from Galbraith Florist LTD on Loch Lomond Road. They were red roses, sadly they did not open and but instead wilted and started to die. I called the company and they said they would credit 1/2 the money $20 (in store credit). My husband should be credited in full for the flowers as they never opened. What is the sense in buying roses that do not open? They are horrible with customer service. I posted a picture on my Facebook page and she kept posting trying to justify (I am not sure what) They never opened = faulty product. This was my first and last experience with them. I would not want to deal with a company where the other 1/2 of the money ( $20 ) is worth more that having a return customer. It is too bad, customer service does not mean what it used too.

Ordered online for my daughters in-laws and when the original arrangement was delivered it was not what I expected, even going by the photo. I contacted the florist and after some back and forth they graciously offered to make a new one for them and pick up the old one telling my in-laws they had delivered the wrong arrangement to save me from explaining the issue to them. The replacement arrangement was exactly what I had expected of the original order. I am so very appreciative of their desire to make sure as a customer I was happy with the product they produced. Thank you to the folks at this shop for going the extra mile to help me with all my concerns, I appreciate it more than you know.

I ordered flowers for my mother for her birthday, I gave specific instructions that they were free to choose the flower as long as it was a mix of pink and purple flowers. She was sent a red bouquet with one red rose in a red vase full of flowers that did not match. For $95 dollars I could have gone to the grocery store and put something together for her and got what I expected. I called the store and they told me to tell her to bring the flowers back and they will exchange them. I paid for the delivery of the correct flowers. I'm not sending my senior mother back with a vase!!! They said they didn't write down what I wanted so just put together random flowers. I have ordered every year from here but this service today makes it clear they do not value the business they receive. Moral: Pick a bouquet and make it specific otherwise you won't get what you pay for.

I was excited to send something nice to a friend. I chose a large orchid plant from the website. They did not provide pictures for all 3 choices, just one. Since I wanted their best, I chose the most expensive $200 (199.00 plus tax) When she sent me the picture of the plant I was very surprised how small it was. I could have ordered it from Costco ! Less than 1/2 price. Very dissatisfied- I would like to share a pic but no where to upload. I can upload a pic to general website above. But it would be out of context.

I was wanting to support local on Mother’s Day which was the reason I chose Glabraiths. Their website was very easy and quick to use as I ordered my bouquet from there on May 6th. I had to leave town on May 8th , which was my day of pick up. I had called Friday May 7th to confirm that my order would be ready for pick up and they assured me it would be ready for 9am. I came to pick up my flowers on Saturday, May 8th at 10:30am and they had no record of my order. I had the online receipt on my phone to show them and they didn’t know what happened. It was not ready. They threw a bouquet together in 5 minutes, as you can expect it was not the bouquet I was hoping for. For $68 dollars I am extremely disappointed as they failed to compensate for their mistake and I did not get what I paid for. I will not be using galbraiths florists for my special occasions again.

Lovely fresh flowers in a variety of vibrant colours. We went with the florists birthday choice as after speaking with the florist this was what she suggested and we were not disappointed. The delivery service was prompt. However am incredibly disappointed with the quality of the flowers. The flowers began to die two days after receiving them, and within 3 days half the bouquet had perished. I do not consider this acceptable service when they are charging the amount they are. I believe paying 100 dollars for a nice bouquet of flowers is absolutely reasonable, as I have many times previously, yet not when the flowers die within 3 days. Would not purchase flowers from this provider again

Get a call at 4:50 PM from the Shop saying they marked her flowers and gifts for February 14th so it was never delivered. Thanks for ruining V-Day Galbraith Florists. You lost a customer.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! We called earlier in the week and asked for black roses with gold on the leafs. They called a few days later saying that the order we placed wasn't available and that they can change it to make it work. When we went in today to pick the roses up the person at the shop showed us the flowers they looked terrible looks like a kid painted the flowers. They told us that we spraied the flowers yesterday now they are opening up that's why you can see the red. We ask her to spray them again and she did so very rudely. When we asked why leaves aren't gold she said they are literally two leaves at the front. Than we were told we are being rude and gave us the black paint to spray them ourselves because we asked on the roses to we painted black. I could've done this myself for quarter the price.

On the day of delivery, they left me a voicemail (i was unavailable) letting me know they were substituting a couple of flowers in the arrangement so it would last longer. Delivery was on time. Flowers were fine but I was not satisfied with the delivery process. The florist could have checked with the recipient to see when available for receipt rather than delivery showing up and no one was home because they were at the church for the funeral. An additional fee was required to complete the delivery to the church 3 minutes down the road.

All I have to say is Wow! Thank you Galbraith florists and staff. I live across the country and decided to send flowers last minute to family who are spending Christmas in isolation. I thought for sure this would not be possible ordering at noon on Christmas Eve but these guys pulled it off and made the delivery within a few hours! I called the florist shortly after placing my order online to let them know they are in isolation and the staff member who answered the phone was cheery and friendly. I was impressed as I'm sure these guys must be very busy at work and wanting to get home on X-mas eve. My Aunt and Uncle were very touched and in tears when they received the beautiful arrangement. Thank you staff for your hard work and if anyone is thinking about if they should use this florist I would highly recommend!

I ordered a yellow bouquet online and received a bouquet that was more white instead of yellow, it was also supposed to have yellow roses but had orange red roses. Some of the flowers in this bouquet were already dead or dying. I am not pleased with my bouquet but I am pleased with the fast same day deliver.
