Customer service couldn't get any better than this! I called in around 11:30 for a same day delivery and they were happy to take the order. She even took my request to hand write the note to add a personal touch instead of just printing it out. By the end of the day when I called in to check if it was delivery successfully, the lady actually fetched the driver for me who explained exactly how it was delivered. Thank you guys, you rock!

I honestly can't believe it. I have ordered flowers from them three times as the delivery location is just down the street. And 3 times they have misled me! I specifically requested that if the arrangement I wanted wasn't the same as the image on the website - I would like a call to discuss alternatives. I get it that flowers are not in season or you cant get the flowers in time for immediate delivery. But when I buy an arrangement for over $120 dollars and it is supposed to have 3 large roses and 6 baby roses and the arrangement only has 3 roses. That is just WRONG! They are just trying to take my money for their profit.

She listened to what I wanted (really heard, which is rare these days) and checked with me to clarify details. She also kept in mind the budget I had to work with and stayed within it. I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day and they arrived today as planned. I went and brought the flowers inside and realized I had a missed call. As I was waiting for an important call I didn’t think to check my voicemails and immediately called the number back. The man who answered the phone was extremely rude and told me I should have checked my voicemail because if I did I would have known that he left flowers on my front door step. The flowers are beautiful but very poor customer service.

I asked for a purple ribbon and they gave a light pink one. It was for my uncle's funeral so I wasn't happy about this as I felt light pink was inappropriate. Flowers were beautiful and delivered on time but a bit pricey for my budget. Cost 95$ all together with a basic base and a beautiful card. Staff were very helpful. Delivery fee was reasonable at 9$.

Recently made a purchase here for my mom's birthday and it was a great experience, I told the lady that it was more important that the flowers be colorful than roses and it came out beautifully, my mom loves them!

I'm genuinely disappointed. I purchased what looks like a beautiful bouquet arrangement of purple tulips for Mother's Day (standard package, first picture). I asked my mother for a picture of the flowers as I was excited to see how they turned out (second picture). There are obvious differences between the two, namely the amount of tulips, the bow and the vase. I'm extremely disappointed and will most likely not order from Vine Floral again considering I ordered a beautiful arrangement for my mother-in-law from a different location, and the bouquet turned out exactly as pictured which was also a standard bouquet package. I almost feel embarrassed that my mother received these flowers and my mother-in-law received a much more beautiful and larger arrangement, but that's besides the fact. I'm just disappointed that I spent nearly $60 for what I got.

I ordered the Rosy Birthday Present for my mother's 85th birthday from Vine Floral. She was visiting a friend in St.Catharines so I searched for a local florist to send her annual birthday delivery. My mother was thrilled with the arrangement. She said it was one of the nicest floral arrangements she had ever received. There were beautiful roses and lillies with lots of cascading ribbons. I have been here once and had a very rude experience. The lady did not even smile once or say hello. Any question me and my boyfriend had she was stern and clearly did not want to answer any questions. Also when she cashed us out. Again still very rude and asked for my boyfriends card to put in the machine. He was perfectly capable of putting his own card in the machine. We spent $50 dollars that we really should have just went somewhere else and we would have at least been greeted.

The arrangements are always gorgeous and unique, and the quality of their flowers absolutely stunning. The longevity I have enjoyed with the bouquets is quite amazing; to be specific, my last bouquet is 2 weeks old today, and still garnering appreciative comments from anyone who comes to the house. I have never had even a mediocre experience with the products from this florist - as a result, we don't even consider exploring any other options.
