The BEST service ever! Called my used to be regular florist for a last minute order. I live out of the country and send flowers to make up for not being present. The regular place was rude, told me they were sold out and had no recommendations to help. They get a zero in customer service. So... I found James and co. Super service. Very hospitable! I took my first trip out of Toronto since the first Covid-19 pandemic lockdown in March 2020, for a much needed mini-holiday in Port Dalhousie. I wanted to enjoy the local scenery, history and food, from my adorable tiny airbnb base (see photos). I also wanted to support local, small businesses affected by the pandemic. So, this included ordering flowers from James. I gave him florist's choice and he designed a delightful arrangement that I enjoyed for a day, before my 85-year old mum, who visited, on her and my dad's FIRST trip outside of their home since lockdown began, whisked it off back to Mississauga to enjoy at her house! She loved its scent, freshness and colours.

I recently used Stems etc. to send both a bouquet and basket to someone who lives locally. James was very professional on the phone and took the worry out of ordering sight unseen. He not only delivered the same day the order was placed- a day ahead of schedule , but he worked within the groups budget. The floral arrangement was absolutely stunning, and the red cardinal was a really beautiful touch. The basket was so well put together- and had lots of variety. The ability to be able to order both flowers and a basket at the same time was fabulous. Any time in the future that I find myself in need of flowers down St Catherines way, I will definitely be using stems etc. again.

WOW!! I needed to send a get well arrangement and didn't want to use my usual "big box"(for lack of a better term) florist. I found that the last two arrangements I had selected on line underwhelmed in person and wasn't particularly happy. I am so glad I found Stems Ect. I needed a celebration arrangement made up (fairly quick) and due to the current Covid stay-at-home orders, they needed to be delivered for me as well. Being from out of town, I searched online making sure I made my purchase with a local florist that not only did great work but that had good reviews (not too demanding am I lol). Our favourite Aunt turned 80 today, a most momentous occasion! She lives in the Anchor Pointe Senior Residences in Port Dalhousie and we live in Ottawa, so I researched Flower Shops close by her and found 'Stems Etc.' They had very, very good reviews and so I messaged James the owner and ask if he could put together a special bouquet for us and deliver it to our Aunt. I stipulated that I didn't want anything Christmassy and I didn't want boring flowers, and Stems Etc. came through with flying colours. (James also put these funky little yellow peppers in the arrangement (see in photo)...so unique! Our Aunt called us first thing this morning to tell us how beautiful the arrangement was and shortly afterwards I received an email from James with photos to show me what he put together. You can't ask for more than that. We will certainly use Stems Etc. in the future and recommend it to anyone in the Port Dalhousie, St. Catharines area.
