If I could give more than 5 stars I would! We are absolutely blown away with the beautiful arrangement that was made. During Co-vid you can't go in the shop, but we tried to describe what we were looking for, and she exceeded expectations. It was my daughters 16th, and it was ordered late, but she made it up in record time. Thank-you so much!

I used this florist years ago (2007) for my wedding and was SO impressed..now 13 years later I ordered flowers for my mom. Very easy to navigate and beautiful website. What I was blown away with was the speed of delivery! Within hours my mom had her flowers for her birthday. Thank you Norwood Florists for allowing me to send love to my mama on her special day! PS they also return emails very promptly too! Excellent florist! Happy to support this local business throughout the years.

I live in BC and at the last minute had to call all over Manitoba to find a way to have flowers delivered to my mother in law for her birthday. I spoke with the owner who was so nice on the phone. We told her our price range and she promised to make us a beautiful flower arrangement. The customer service was amazing and she is personally delivering the flowers for us. We can't thank her enough for helping our little ones with grandma a happy birthday.

I had a wonderful experience with Michelle, she was amazing to deal with. I had been put in a very terrible situation by another florist two and a half weeks before my wedding, and was left with no flowers at all! I was planning my wedding from Alberta which made my situation more frustrating. Michelle couldn't have been more helpful! She was able to find an alternate flower that we were able to get in time and they were beautiful and smelled amazing! I had enough for all the tables and bouquets and a few left over. Michelle made my not so great situation really turn out wonderfully. I would recommend Norwood florists to anyone! I was so happy with everything she had great suggestions and recommendations.
