Amazing place! Every arrangement I've had made there has been beyond my expectations! Just wish they delivered on certain Sundays, like mothers day but...I understand. People need days off. Still 5 stars! Amazing service! Amazing delivery! Amazing arrangements! AMAZING!!!

I own a produce stand and was having the girls over, so I had some fruit labeled cans of fruit we old, and I took them to Sassy and she made table arrangements in my cans. They were so beautiful and made the party extra special. Sassy is. Very creative and the quality of her flowers is over they top. Another event I attended was a Pink tea for breast cancer survivors. She donated all of the pink roses that had the most amazing smell, I've never smelled roses like that. Anyway, you won't go wrong with Sassys floral.

I originally sent the owner a picture of the bouquet I wanted, and she said she could make it happen. It was simple, ALL white peonies, and burlap at the bottom. My roommate picked up the flowers to bring to the temple and I cried SAD tears when I saw my bouquet. It was 90% greenery filler, and had 2 peonies, and 2 hideous gerber daises. (Which I HATE for weddings). I was heart broken. It totally clashed with my color scheme, and when I approached the lady about it she said "It was a premium bouquet and was what I wanted." Umm. Not even close. I still get sick to my stomach thinking about how hideous the stupid bouquet was. I was also devastated by the fact that with each order Sassy Flowers gives a certificate with a description of what each flower represents (cute idea, right?) Well, mine didn't even have the right name on it. It said "Jody". My name is Katie. I'm still wondering if there was some sort of mix up that they never admitted to. They offered to refund my father in law for the bouquet but he says he hasn't received the refund in the mail, and it's been almost a year. Definitely wouldn't order from here again.

I just have to say that Sassy Floral did a wonderful job with a recent order of mine. Since I am a guy and was in a real hurry to get a Mother's Day order in, I inadvertently put an outdated address on my order. Sassy Floral didn't let that stop them! Without even calling me, they went the extra mile and located my mom's correct address and surprised her with my order. I will definitely use them again!

Sassy did the floral arrangements for my daughter's wedding. They were beautiful and exactly what my daughter envisioned. It was fun working with such a knowledgeable person. She offered suggestions, but didn't push anything on you. I have also ordered flowers, gone into the shop to pick up something already made, and bought a few house plants from Sassy's. The staff is very helpful in bringing what you have in mind to life. It's the personal touches she puts into each arrangements that I love.

This place is down the street from my mom's office. Living out of town, I called them up and told them how much I could spend and they sent my mom a beautiful bouquet. That is great service. I will continue to order flowers from this shop. *update* They are even more amazing than I could have imagined. We called on Sassy to help us with flowers for a funeral. She handled everything with love and compassion. The flowers were beautiful and brought color and joy to a very sad occasion. 10 Stars.

Can I just say I love sassy flowers? I found them online and had a consultation and I instantly knew this was the place for my wedding vision to come to life. I have a different style and Linda was able to capture my vision and she suggested the moon gate! It made our reception perfect! Her daughter is great at the logistical and financial side of things. They are a great pair! If you are considering them for your wedding... it’s worth it.

Delightful florist. These guys bend over backwards to be accommodating. They are located in a small town in Idaho where they serve a small but growing population. My sister has them send my elderly mother flowers every month. This week, for my mother's 87th birthday, we ordered 87 red roses. Sassy got them in on time. We then had a mix-up on pick up day. I thought it was Saturday. They thought it was Monday. My mistake, I'm sure. Even though they were closed on Saturday, they answered my phone call and put the arrangements together for me. We'd have been okay for a Monday pick up, but since the party was Sunday, and we thought it would be nice to have them at the party, Sassy stepped up and got everything done on Saturday. We so appreciate their amazing service and cheerful attitude.

Florist was very rude. I had ordered through 1800 flowers to be received on a certain date. They came 2 weeks early and was the wrong flowers. I was told by the florist that it was my fault the order was delivered early, and I should have let them know. She refused to take responsibility for her mistake. I would never recommend them to anyone for anything.

My 94 year old mother in law's sister died and she wanted an arrangement for the graveside service. Linda was wonderful to work with and created a beautiful arrangement with pink flowers, just what my mother in law wanted. Linda even took the time to send us a picture of the finished product, then contacted the funeral director and had the arrangement delivered to the city where the graveside service was. We had to travel 2 hours to get there so to have everything done for us was such a relief. Thank you Linda for your extra caring service. I would recommend her and her shop 100%!

Sassy floral has been there when ever they are needed. They have done the flowers for 4 furnerals for my family. They always listen to what we would like and go the extra mile to find a specific flower requested. Everything that comes out of Sassy floral looks and lasts better than expected. Last minute birthday bouquet no problem. I live in Teton Valley, about an hour away from Sassy Floral. Compared to what is available here, Sassy's price, quality, and customer care are exceptional; well worth an hour's drive to pick up. We are an hour from Idaho Falls, and Rexburg, and we still choose Sassy over all other options available. You can't find better care and quality!

Ordered a beautiful arrangement online for Mother's Day. What my MIL received was nowhere near the size pictured. I will say they left a voicemail explaining that they didn't have all the flowers in stock and would fill the arrangement to value. That was my bad for not listening to the voicemail in time. What really appalled me was the way I was spoken to when I called to complain. The woman's tone was completely defensive and condescending. I mean at least try to sound a bit apologetic or regretful of the situation. Then she said I could get a refund if they went to my MIl's house and took the flowers back. Unbelievable they would think that is a good solution. Wish I could add pictures to show the difference between what I ordered and what they delivered. I would like to add that today, on Mother's Day, Linda went in to work to put together a new arrangement to deliver to my MIL. That was great customer service on their part and I am grateful.
