First of all, the bouquet was not only gorgeous, but BIGGER than expected. And second, I made a phone call to Iron Violets on the day of delivery and asked when they'd be delivering this bouquet. I had found out that morning that my grandma would not be home in the afternoon and I asked if there was any way they could be sure to deliver within the next hour. They told me it was on the truck but could potentially take a couple of hours with the current route. But I was SO impressed when they made it happen! My grandma LOVES her flowers and I am so, so grateful that Iron Violets got it there on a last-minute time crunch!! Thank you!!!!

We ordered an arrangement for a friend having surgery. Iron Violets sent us a picture of the actual arrangement they would be delivering. It was absolutely gorgeous. When the arrangement was delivered, the recipient also sent a picture of the arrangement which was EXACTLY what Iron Violets had sent. ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS. We also had a specific time frame we needed for the delivery. The delivery was prompt and at the time we requested. Would MOST DEFINITELY recommend and use again. Thank you Iron Violet, the person who did the arrangement did a fabulous job!

My book club sent me a get well soon bouquet and it was the most beautiful, unique, modern, interesting flowers I've ever received in my lifetime. I worked for a florist for many years and still, this is by far the prettiest I've seen. So modern, there were items I couldn't identify, which makes it all the better. The large roses were an off white with silver grey tint that blended perfectly with the other colors. Seeing sprays of bud roses in February is fantastic. I would not hesitate to order from this firm. I also think they make their own insert cards, which are full size and clever, not cutesy, but classy and fun.

Britta at Iron Violets delivered the best customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered flowers for my daughter, and she created a beautiful arrangement. As others have noted, she sent me a picture, so I could see, from far away, the beauty she had created. Here is where the story becomes special: the flowers were delivered to the wrong address. Honestly, I may have given her the wrong street number, but there is no way to be sure how the error happened. When I contacted her to say that the flowers had not arrived, she did not try to ascribe blame or avoid responsibility. Instead she immediately fixed the problem by creating a second beautiful arrangement and delivering it. I attempted to pay her for this second bouquet as it is entirely possible that the error was mine. She refused. This kind of integrity and responsiveness is unique. She and her business deserve many more than five stars.
