Here you will see the opinions of real people who know the products of Salisbury at Enjoy (Florist) around Saint Albert territory (Canada).
At this moment this business has a score of 4.2 out of 5 and the score has been based on 127 reviews.
As you can read, its rating is really good, and it is founded on a large number of scores, so we can conclude that the score is very faithful. If many people have bothered to value when they are satisfied with the service, it works.
As you know, we don't usually stop to write reviews when they are good and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or issue...
This Florist corresponds to the category of Garden center.
Please open your doors; I believe nurseries are considered essential services. You have nothing to fear except more profit by opening. Thank you.
Great place to go to find local produce and to spend time in the green house.
So bright, sunny and green - wonderful place to go to chase away the winter blues. Bought seeds and bulbs for my garden
Awesome place with fine spices, herbs, bakery, wellness center and a greenhouse
Always a great hang at this place!
It was pretty cool but they need to Salt the parking lot. Very slippery
I got great help! I couldn't find any information on Google or YouTube about making a gay pride themed border of flowers. It's going to be a rainbow head-turner.
Always a fantastic stop-coffee/wine/food/plants and the perfect selfie backdrop ????
Love this place
The cashiers are so sweet and genuinely nice. Really good selection.
Such a beautiful place to spend a couple hours. My only complaint is they didn't have very many long grass options. Possibly my fault for coming so late in the season. :P
Great selection and friendly staff
Went to see the lights at the Glow For. Very nice
Beautiful as always. Some really good prices on the leftovers. Got a few ????
Really great place to spend some time at. Great just to grab a coffee and look at plants. Love it.
I always enjoy looking but the prices are extremely high.
Just left here incredibly disappointed. Just spent nearly 15 minutes waiting at your checkout with no cashiers around???
Such wonderful helpful people! Got a norfolk pine for our Christmas tree this year :)
Wonderful place, although plants are a bit over priced they have a great selection including some hard to find perennials.
Great place to visit for plant lovers but it seems like they have more selections of plants last year but they are more than a greenhouse though, they have bakery, wine store, mini grocery, etc.
Just finished at their Glow event and it was pretty good. My nieces loved seeing Elsa and Ana (I kind of wish they actually sang their own songs). The room with all the lights set up was really cool. I think it was worth the price.
I'm pretty sure we came in through the exit because the entrance has, "Business Entrance" labelled on it; as a result of our mistake, it was very difficult to find carts. However, we found great plants. The facility is very beautiful.
No one ever picks up a phone there so I can check on products, the site doesn't help. Prices are over inflated I'm finding now that I'm shopping at other places.
Wow place is overwhelming huge bit super nice and neat and clean. Staff very kind and helpful. The only place where we could find bamboo palms and cat palms. Can't wait to come back for other stuff. We could spend hours there.
I can't wait to see what these greenhouses will look like in the spring and summer. There are some tropical plants in the greenhouses in January but of course no bedding plants or outdoor beautiful hanging baskets. I love the beautiful ceramic pots and the unique giftware. We sat in the open clean air of the greenhouse looking up at the structure to the sky while enjoying a beverage from the coffee shop. I will be going back in the spring to provide some more pics and of course purchase some plants.
Beautiful centre
I brought 2 planters here for custom fills, they were only 12"x12" and I asked for mostly flowers with not much green... I got mostly green and a few flowers which in one of the planters died the day after bringing home. So that planter is solid green now. I paid way too much $80 a planter and the look like $12 planters from the grocery store. I will never bring my buisness back to holes! UPDATE: ... holes rep contacted me to ask if they could fix my pots as I was not happy so they took them back and added more flower, and the pots are now much fuller however the type of flowers (I'm no expert which is why I took it to the professioanls) are very leafy and therefore the pot still had a ton of green. My main request was that the planter be mostly flowers with not much green and this request seems to be to complicated. This could be my fault for not knowing which flowers to ask for as o left this up to the designer. Holes definately made the effort to fix this situation so I can appreciate that.
Great place to buy a unique poinsettia. Such a pretty greenhouse. Support local business!
Amazing
Salisbury at Enjoy offers reasonable pricing with a great selection of both indoor and outdoor plants. They also have a great selection of seeds on hand from a variety of seed companies. Huge tomato plants. Be fast; the good plants are moving quickly!
GLOW gardens a wonderful experience for everyone. Young and young at heart!
Awesome..made Christmas come to life...????????
Too expensive and not a huge selection for e size of it :/ the customer service has also been the least helpful out of all the greenhouses. They often refuse to check their stock and don’t know pricing when they do check. I only ask them to check because when I go they’re stock is so sparse. We did get some nice trellis’ and shepherds hooks from here at a good price, but 0 plants.
I didn't find many "holes" in this establishment. Kind of annyoing tbh
I always love the plants and the craft sale
I placed my order Sunday evening and took into account the quoted 24 business hour turnaround time and requested to have my plants delivered on the next Tuesday. They came in perfect condition and were hand delivered in paper bags with minimal packaging which I appreciate because it avoids the plastic most shippers use. They didn’t go through the mail it seems as though the greenhouse hires people to deliver them directly which ensures they are always handles with care. I also appreciate the fact that we are still able to shop the plants online and can’t believe anyone would actually leave a lesser review because a business has decided to take precautions that could save lives. Thank you guys for all the hard work to keep us planty people content! #cantstopspring!
Always love coming here! Staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. The space is also very nice for events. Great selection of indoor and outdoor plants and trees. They also stand by the garauntee for their products. Overall always a great experience coming here!
I will be coming back to look at their plant selection, because I didn't get a chance to. But my review is based off of customer service. I had gotten a few items from here as a gift, and needed to exchange them for a different set. It was a Sunday, so I tried to call the centre and apparently you can't call and have a question answered at all over the weekend. Considering their return policy isn't even on the receipt or their website, that's pretty Inconvenient for a customer. I had to drive down just to see if I could exchange/return my items, when (if they had someone to answer phones) I could have just called. I don't know any other business that conducts their information and phone services like that, but I hope they know it prevents people from knowing a part of this stores business policy. Secondly, when I went to return my items, it was still 30 minutes before closing time, and the two women working the cashiers desk were already telling people that we needed to be gathering up our purchases, etc. The way one of the ladies was speaking to everyone was pretty rude, and I don't think customers appreciate being rushed and hollered at. Even people just coming through the doors, the first thing they heard was a lady loudly telling them they were closing soon, etc. I'm surprised such a big business would allow their cashiers to holler at customers rather than announce politely over an intercom when the store is closing. It seemed like these cashiers were 100% more concerned with getting off of work instead of doing their job appropriately. The second woman we dealt with at the tills was rude as well. We had to do a return and she immediately was frustrated, and directed us to another help desk that deals with returns. She even assumed we already knew where it was, and had asked us if we even tried there first. It was rude and unnecessary, and finally when we went to the other help desk, there was nobody working there! So we had to go back and ask her to call someone. Then later on she apologized for being snippy, and said it was a busy day. But we didn't deserve her attitude, and she shouldn't have had to apologize in the first place. I've worked years in a busy retail environment, and it's not fair to treat your customers this way. Overall a bad experience and bad customer service.
Ok selection, some staff welcome you but even thats rare. Pricing is right where it should be however plants arent always healthy and often in tbe past 6 months covered with spider mites
Bought a plant that had spider mites here. They refused to give a refund because we had isolated the plant outside so as not to infect the other household plants. They then started there were no mites on those plants when I could clearly see them on the same plants they still had in stock. Will never shop here again. I belong to a large gardening community and I will share my experience far and wide.
Nice place to visit but expensive place to shop.
This is a pretty "fancy" place to go . If you love flowers you will love here !
Mothers Day Flowers. Our daughter ( lives in Houston Texas ) ordered arrangement for her mom... on arrival they were in pretty tough shape. As we live just down the street from The Enjoy Center the arrangement was returned. A replacement was requested and a few days later a beautiful arrangement was provided. Above and beyond my wife’s wildest expectations. Thankyou Holes for standing behind your beautiful products.
Lady's even though it was pretty much closing time had a very nice time
If it isn't gardening, yard and health oriented and not at Holes you won't need it. The trip on a cold day to this Greenhouse, mall, restaurant and over all experience is a must. They are invested in our community all in.
We just bought a beautiful Joshua tree for our living room. Cassidy was super friendly, answered all our questions and even helped us get everything into my car :)
I wish I could give less than one star, I'm just glad Lois didn't have to see this
Very nice place, tons of garden items and lots of great plants of high quality prices are on the high side but that is expected here.
It's always a beautiful place to visit with an amazing environment that seems to always bring peace to the mind!
Amazing! So many plants ^_^
Please stop sending me this I work right beside Hole's and I get this message every day
Not as much Christmas stuff as I thought there'd be.
It is very frustrating when you try to call a business and you can't actually get a hold of a real person. I spent five minutes trying to get through their phone system only to end up back at the start. All I needed was to check if they had something in stock. Now I will be taking my business elsewhere.
A leader in the industry. Would highly recommend.
Great products but prices are just ridiculous. We only go in for a walk around, something to do on weekends. Just too expensive
Second time I've placed an order online and it was ready for pick-up in less than 24 hours! Amazing and courteous customer service, we love shopping here (both in person and online).
Maria was amazing! She taught me a lot about my jade plant and did a great job on its makeover!
Excellent source for all gardening related items. Good selection of grow lights. Many aisles of seeds, bulbs and starter sets (at least in spring time). Good selection of houseplants (in winter months) and annuals and perennials in warmer months. Helpful service, although hard to find when it's busy (which can be often). Lots of possible gift items for the gardener in your life.
Going to the Enjoy Centre is always a guilty pleasure and a guarantee I will find something to bring home. Even now, with all the supply issues due to the pandemic and it being later in the gardening year--especially for annuals--I came home with a flat of beautiful plants to add to my gardens. And if outdoor plants aren't necessarily your thing there is plenty of stock for any indoor gardener. Then there are all the "pretties", items to add decorative colour and/or movement to one's garden. A trip the Enjoy Centre is always a treat.
lovely greenhouse
It was super wierd and cool. I have to go again and check more out.
This garden centre is part of the Enjoy Centre that hosts not only the garden centre, but the events site, Evolution oils and vinegars, a sit down restaurant and cafe. It was easily a place one could spend hours in browsing and of course, buying.
A good place to check out for succulents that aren't usually available at other shops that are stocked with Rainbow Nursery Plants. They have a higher mark up than Canadian Tire and Home Depot for the same ones but the store and staff are all very nice/friendly.
Very poor customer service / product
I placed a seed order via email. They were out of some of the varieties I wanted. After telling the employee (Hannah) what I was looking for generally she was able to talk to another employee and find varieties that were perfect for my needs. Hannah was professional, helpful, and very polite every time I spoke with her. Fast and helpful, plus curbside pick up right now!
Love Hole's and the company it has grown into. Good variety of plants, seeds, soil, and everything inbetween. Helpful staff if you need advice
Love taking Charlie the parrot here and checking out all the great stuff
Super expensive. $50 for a hanging blueberry plant (not a large one, maybe 12"). Any 6 pack annual vegetable is $7.99 (most greenhouses charge maybe $4-5 tops), the small 6cm annual plants cost $3.99, far higher than say..Canadian Tire. Literally everything is more expensive than it should be. My girlfriend found a fake wasp nest (used to deter wasps in your yard), and asked me "how much do you think this is?" I replied half sarcasm knowing that it was far more expensive than it really should be. "$10?" "Yep!" as she walks away laughing. *spoiler* we'll just get them at the dollar store. I only gave an extra star (from 1) for the fact that she made me laugh - you're welcome Salisbury. Don't get me wrong, it's a beautiful place to visit. The staff are lovely people, super friendly and genuinely happy to help you (emphasis on how great the staff is), but the prices.. Geez. If they were even marginally lower or competitive with any other greenhouse, I'd revise this review with a better rating.
Depressing
Super place to visit and shop
Huge selection of plants, garden treats, i.e. vases, rainchains, wind chimes, etc. All very unique. The facility itself is beautiful and their staff is so knowledgeable. You get what you pay for and their plants are the best of the best. ???? The cafeteria is worth treating yourself too! ????☕️????????????
Wonderful! Not much has changed since new management took over. Looking forward to seeing more flowers and tasty vegetables to roll through in the following months ????❤️
Night of Artists was fabulous !
Very nice place but super expensive plants.
A great place just to go and look at plants, get ideas. More pricey than other green houses. Wonderful help. Staff are friendly and happy.
A great experience! A wonderful place to explore and shop - huge! Something to check out! My mother enjoyed it!
Family friendly, great light show one of the best. Had no trouble finding parking.
Thank you... beautiful arrangement 2 for 2 :-)
Glow is a beautiful indoor light set up. A meet and greet with santa which to be honest is probably the best Santa I've seen in a couple years. Great job on the set up
So disappointing... will never go back, staff were not helpful had to wait for them to stop talking to each so I can ask a question. Very unprofessional
Bought some mead....and lots of gluten free goodies.
Pretty good selection however prices are steep.
How silly...the store is currently open...normal business hours...but the phone lines are closed!! Makes no sense.
huge place! absolutely stunning. lots of plants to choose from, all healthy and pest free :)
Lots to offer ,, but very pricey ????
The food was great. The space was large. The prices were high.
I go to holes for almost all of my plants! I love their selection. But I’ve had a horrible experience with the customer service .. or lack there of . My husband got me a Beautiful plant for my birthday from Holes , but it was starting to do weird things and change colours; I phoned on multiple occasions over the last two weeks and even left message at the indoor plant section to get some help in identifying what kind of plant I had and what I could do to save it and no one has returned my call. Ultimately, the plant ended up dying and I’m very upset. Still no call or answer.
Generally we have a lovely time looking through here, the plants are wonderful and the selection is fantastic. I also adore the restaurant and bakery. And the grocery store downstairs...okay, you've got me- I pretty much love this place. Clearly there has to be a reason for such a low rating, right? The customer service here is horrible. The lady running the till didn't know what the plants were I wanted but she refused to scan the barcodes actually on the pots. I was trying to put them up for her and she just kept telling me to put them down and keep them in the cart while she looked through a booklet and scanned the barcodes from there. They weren't even big pots or something heavy that needed to be kept in the cart, I'm talking 6-packs and up to 11inch pots. Needless to say she got a bunch wrong. Not only was I was charged for having plants that I didn't have, there was a few sale tomatoes I picked up that I got charged full price for. I also bought a few sale pellets for seeds for the spring and she charged me full price for those as well. I wanted to go back and have her fix it, but she had a decent sized line by the time she finished with us (that I didn't want to wait in again). And I won't go into details but she was super rude throughout our transaction. I just wanted to go home. I tried to call the store a day or so later to put in a complaint but nobody would answer the phone. A word of advice for future customers... check over your receipt before you budge an inch from the cash register! A word of advice for the people who hire/train staff for the garden center and registers... Take the time to actually train your people. Don't hire people who clearly shouldn't be working with the public. A smile and greeting shouldn't be too much to ask for. I work retail and I've worked in garden centers. I truly get it, sometimes the days are long and hard and stressful. But you should never take that out on the people coming in and buying your products. They can easily find somewhere else to shop. I sincerely hope that you have customer service training set up for your staff in the future.
A wonderful layout and selection
We love stopping at Hole's to smell the flowers.
Great Family Fun Place. Nicely organised and have plenty of space for kids to play and have fun. My little one had a great time. Must visit.
I have stopped shopping at Hole's because of the high prices and horrible customer service. I recently received a gift of some plants for Mother's Day and although they started out looking great, they soon deteriorated. I also noticed little flies on some of them. When I took them in to show them the lady (apparently the manager) rudely asked me "Well what would you like us to do about it?" I told her that I would like them to be replaced, she reluctantly replaced the biggest one. I do like their fertilizer and Jim's potting soil, but I never again will buy their outrageously priced plants and have to go through that grief if they fail. We have lived in St. Albert for 39 years and used to shop at Hole's when it was a garden center will wonderful produce. It has certainly gone downhill and I'm sure Lois and Ted would be really sad to hear that.
I purchased a fruit tree late last summer and the tree was drought stressed at the time that I bought it but I wasn't too concerned as it was guaranteed. This spring the tree never developed any leaf buds but the wood was still green in the branches. I had no interest in having a stick in my yard for the next year while I tried to nurse it back to health that isn't why I paid top dollar to buy the tree at Holes. When I took the tree back to Holes I was told that as the tree was still alive although it was on life support I wouldn't be getting a refund. I will not be returning to Holes . . . Ever.
Good stuff. Decent selection. Very overpriced.
Really nice building, beautiful flowers, wish it was a little bigger with a bit more to do/buy. Would recommend checking it out.
This is a beautiful greenhouse! I think I visited at the wrong time though, there was not too large of a selection. Looking forward to visiting again in the Spring!
They have the best selection of flowers.
I love everything thing about this place. Summer and winter
Came in about my tree that wasn’t doing so good and explained the situation in detail to DONNA, we were told when we bought our tree that if anything happens to it we could bring in a picture of it and get it exchanged. When we encountered Donna she just kept insisting we bring the actual tree that is planted in our backyard into the garden centre and then they would see what they could do for us. We left our interaction with Donna quite confused and unwelcome as she just kept saying the same thing and refused to listen to anything we were saying. I’m glad Donna was a cashier and not amongst the plants for people who actually need help with their gardening needs, the only reason I’m giving this place a 3 stars is because of Ian! Ian is such an amazing person and took time to understand our situation and even gave us tips and tricks for a better experience with our tree, he said our exchange shouldn’t be a problem and even grabbed the tree and took it in for us. It’s quite disheartening when we’re simply brushed off like we were by Donna. She completely refused to listen to the situation, If you are going here for your plant needs ask for Ian, he’s so knowledgeable and kind when it comes to someone’s plant needs. I’m extremely disappointed in the encounter I had with Donna here.
Salisbury enjoy GARDEN center was amazing this was my first visit i was so impressed with the selection and also the pricing i was however disappointed with the bakery and the treatment i was given by an employee when selecting a loaf of banana bread she was very rude with me and also towards my friends child so if i go back to the greenhouse next time im skipping the bakery i highly recommend going here at least once to see it all its an amazing center.
I like going in to look around. It's nice that they have really good quality plants.
Had brunch at the Glassdoor Cafe, fabulous environment and great food. One of the hidden gems. Browsing the rest of the market after makes for an enjoyable day.
Very sad. Place half empty. Needs tenants.
My husband and I were at the green house two weeks ago. Admittedly, it was still early but I was looking for herbs. I purchased a sage, a parsley, a rosemary, a thyme and a basil. To date, the only thing that is still alive is the basil. I thought the quality of the herbs was certainly not up to the standard that we have come to expect from “Holes”, regardless of the ownership. So disappointed. I guess , in hindsight, when I questioned the condition of the herbs I just should not have bought.
Was at glow festival. Good for people with small children
Tried to talk to a person in the greenhouse but it was impossible to get by the phone directory. It just rambled on relentless. I am totally disappointed with the new Holes business. There is a lot of choice in Edmonton and my feet will not be taking me there.
Used to shop here frequently when it was Holes. Dont know whats going on now but spent forever on website trying to find info. List of plants is gone? Called. Just hung up after sitting on hold for 38 minutes! Called 3X beginning of month looking for specific type of plant. Told someone would call back all 3X. No one ever did. I give up.
It's a wonderful place for plants
Overpriced product, awfully run by management. Stale cake, but a beautiful atmosphere.
Awesome...
Overpriced like you wouldn't believe... bought the same item at Apache Seeds for 30 dollars cheaper and it was only a 50$ itemat Apache (80$ at this crooks place) Jim hole your a crook. You can purchase all your gardening supplies for cheaper at any other gardening store in the Edmonton area. They are thieves
It looks like the enjoy centre is having a hard time staying in business... sandyview meats has moved out.. and the small cafe's service and variety is very poor.. too bad
Always love a visit to the Enjoy Garden Center to pick up some great plants from Holes Greenhouse. Very friendly staff and check out the evoolution olive oils and vinegars shop.
The best place to get balsamic, light or dark. What ever flavor n u get to taste it so no doubt that once home u will love it on what ever u put it on.???? Enjoy,????
Nice to deal with knowledgeable people
Staff were very friendly, knowledgable and helpful. Beautiful variety of healthy plants, pots, accessories etc.
They do not take calls on Sunday as of Feb 23rd
Amazing trees and lites
Nice. First time here. Free wine tasting, free oil and vinegar samplings. Lots of other shops and stuff. Great place to loose yourself for a couple of hours. Thank you Holes!!!!
Went at opening so had the place to myself. Lots of tropicals and succulents to choose from and a nice selection of pots too . Well organized and floor markers to keep you safe.
A bit pricy, yes. But, it’s worth it for the 5 star experience. I was assisted by Adam to pick out some pest spray and he was super nice. Can’t wait to visit again!
Big
First time there they have this festival going on right now its called Glow . Just beautiful all kinds of Christmas lights entertainment for the kids a train ride. ????????
Amazing succulent and cacti selection. They have lithops:)
Helpful staff good selection of bedding plant
I was very unimpressed with the selection this spring at Holes greenhouse. I found better selection at other greenhouses.
Hours listed online are wrong! They close at 6. I drove from the south side for no reason.
Great place. Offers different products. Went to Enjoy Glo Christmas
Donna help me find the perfect plant I was looking for. Just a wonderful person, thank you Donna.
My one stop shop for all things plant and yard related
Very good selection, staff eager to help when not bogged down with 100 other customers. A very clean place, especially for a garden center.
Nice Christmas tree selections bought a 10 footer and it's the most beautiful tree I ever bought for only $110
Was so much fun and the food was great will definitely be going back
Very nice greenhouse with a good selection of strong, healthy plants. Definitely worth a visit if you have (or would like to cultivate) a green thumb.
BIG Disappointment. My husband and I went to this greenhouse in hopes of finding the balance of our flowers and vegetable plants. With that being said. I approached a fellow to ask for some specific type of flowers for some planters I have. He did not know anything about any of these. They were not rare or that unusual. I don't understand how someone with no knowledge of plants would be hired and placed on the floor for customers to approach. I did find someone whom knew more but she acted like I was annoying her by taking up her time. The place was literally empty, it wasn't like they were swamped with customers. The selection was very poor and I was surprised by that. I asked for things and was told " Oh no, we don't have that." Other garden centres carry them and that is where we should have gone in the first place. Not returning here ever again. Owners need to step up their game on the staff they hire, if they want to be successful in this location.
This is my happy place, their plant selection in summer is just outstanding!!
Ever since they moved to the Enjoy centre their selection has dropped tremendously and their prices have increased tremendously for a product that is no better then many of the other greenhouses in the greater Edmonton area. You are paying for the building and the name rather then the quality of the product.
They had a great selection of vivarium plants (bromeliads, peperomia, fittonia, breynia, tradescantia) and air plants (tillandsia). Unfortunately they were out of sphagnum moss. They also didn't have any activated carbon. Even though it's fall now, they still had lots of potted herbs (oregano, dill, basil, savory, safe, mint, borage). They also had a surprisingly large selection of citrus plants.
Love holistic foods !! Orchids
Awesome place to hang out . So many ideas and very helpful staff
really great selection
When I need something special, I shop at Hole's. I am never disappointed. Excellent customer service and quality products. The plant selection is second to none.
really love this place. Healthy plant, nice temperature inside the garden and they have what we need. Friendly stuff
Way,way way overpriced, like over 2x the price then other greenhouses for some items. Not sure how they stay open.
I shopped at both Amaranth and Evolution and at both shops the staff were very helpful and I was able to easily find everything I needed without any hassle
Can be pricey but great environment and selection!
Always delightful. My wife is the gardener. I help with the heavy stuff. Today we picked up some Jim Hole's potting soil. Good stuff apparently. Our yard will soon look like a flower garden. Thank you Hole's.
What a huge improvement since Salisbury moved in!!!!! The selection, staff availability, etc is wonderful. Their repotting service is amazing and staff is always friendly. Accommodating return policy. 4 stars because they're a little more costly than some other places and plants often still have spray residue on them. Nevertheless it is my top go-to garden store.
The greenhouse is lovely to visit any time of year and is amazing in the spring/ summer! I had the pleasure of booking a Houseplant Makeover with Justine. She embodies a 'Mother Nature' spirit. She held my hand (metaphorically) through a very difficult but very necessary chop and prop of my oldest plant. She was informative, helpful, knowledgeable, and nurturing. I highly recommend the Houseplant Makeover service to anyone who needs a little help and guidance. As well as the rest of the staff being continuously happy and helpful every time I visit. Thank you!!
I went today to buy one plant ... I see people loading stuff up at the entrance and I checked to see if they were open... but as I walked towards the entrance i was turned away because they according to the young woman out front they were closed to the public still ... thanks for wasting my time and gas ... never again. Hom depot is killing it and Walmart is doing better .
We went to buy chimes for my wife and on the way in we saw pretty tea cups with flowers in them. So at the check out we asked if we could pay for the flower cup and grab them on the way out. The lady at the cashier asked what color we wanted and she was gone in a flash to get one for us. This cashier was so very polite and kind it was a very, very nice experience and most certainly went out of her way to help us.
Lots of different plants and home decor items to look at, although I find the price is on the higher side. Good environment. Always a nice sight when their green house is full of hanging basket moving around. The kids love to stand there and look at them.
It was awesome I'm glad they're hosting the Boy Scouts Christmas tree people and Holes give us a special pass so we can actually Park and pick our tree
I would like to thank Ashley in Floral for the amazing job she did for the flower arrangements for my mother-in-law's funeral for Sunday, August 29, 2021. The only direction she was given was the price range and that they must have 'snapdragons' but she pulled it together and made two beautiful bouquets for the altar and one for the entry table. The whole family was blown away by them and everyone that attended, commented on such beautiful flowers. Salisbury at Enjoy is a great greenhouse and I recommend Ashley in Floral for your Bouquet needs!
Horrible customer service ( the lady at the tilt is rude). I am never coming back after today.
Today was our first visit to Hole's Greenhouses.....never did get to the old location so not able to make a comparison. We had won a Hole's Gift Card for $120 and we were looking forward to visiting the place to shop. Based on all the rave reviews we had heard over the years, we were extremely disappointed. The entire building was almost empty and there were obvious signs of previous vendor tenants who were no longer there......so much of the floor space was empty. The selection of house plants wasn't too bad butbthe prices were very high. The outside plants and products were limited and many looked tired and neglected. Some were reduced to clear but even with up to 50% off the original price, they were still overpriced. Because we don't live in Edmonton, we were anxious to spend the value of the card and not have a credit for future visits that are unlikely. We ended up buying some garden tools and an artifical floral arrangement as we couldn't find anything that appealed to us. The cashier was friendly and polite. However, as we left we both agreed we felt as though we didn't have a reason to ever return. A sad ending to what we had anticipated to be a vibrant, positive experience. ????
Beautiful pointsettas!
