Goof of a manager 1 star isn't low enough. The brat that opened the store over an hour late was a dbag. Rude. I've spent easy 1k at this store. The store wasn't open when it should have been. Another client knocked on the door and was greeted with terrible customer service. We both went to a different store

As an older person looking for an alternative to pain management, these places can be a bit daunting to go into, however, every time I walk into Fire & Flower I am greeted with kindness and friendly service. They answer all my questions and are more than patient with my many, many questions. My joint pain is managed far more effectively done using products from Fire & Flower than by any prescription medications. Forever a fan! Thank you ????

She was patient with my many questions and was very knowledgeable, the store at Northridge is the best I've been to others treat me like just another customer, but here I feel comfortable. Worst Cannabis store ever. Drove in to find it closed during business hours again. There selection is always below average if you can find them actually open. Staff has much less knowledge then other Cannabis retail outlets. Skip this place.
