Very expensive, and long wait. I don't know if it's their fault but everything I've bought here had been dry as a bone. I can't possibly justify $50 for $ 35 worth of dry shake. The only saving grace is that their staff seem very knowledgable, but that's true of most dispensaries.

Some employees have superficial knowledge of product. This is where years upon years of dealing, transactions and production helps. I'm sure your employee selection pool is massive, and you should hire knowledgable staff, not college kids. Bob was told that his customer wants something that keeps him "couch-locked" and Bob suggested a Sativa. Any chronic smoker would just laugh at his inexperience but I figured I would give Bob the benefit of the doubt and try the Sativa he offered. It won't do what I need it too, but the feedback I get to leave here makes up for it. This review will be updated on a regular basis.

Ashley answered all my questions and gave very good advice and I feel she genuinely wanted me to have the best experience. I was very happy with the experience. I don't often shop here because I don't like feeling rushed. It's like they're trying to sell me their oldest stock anytime they suggest anything. Personally, I'd like to walk in, look at a list, and ponder what I'd like before having a sales person inquire what I'd like to get me in and out. I'm missing out on tons of different strains I might be interested in when they try to help.

Great selection and very open and inviting, been here a few times but always felt a bit rushed while in the store. Not sure why. Store has cool iPad's so you can check by type(THC/CBD) and strength, great perk I have not seen elsewhere. But on the bad side, it is open enough in the store that it seems silly that someone checks ID at the door and again at the till. Seemed overstaffed, the clerk by the door checks ID and nothing else.... I think one person is enough. If they check it properly, there is no need for a second confirmation in my opinion. Definitely can't be reassuring to customers new to it. But overall a good store and I will be back.

I can’t say enough good things about Fire & Flower. Every time I go I am more amazed than the last time. The staff is soooo friendly and helpful! They are so good at explaining products, recommendations, and give you a good heads up on what to expect with certain items. I have learnt so much from them, that I feel like I can go back and know what I want the next time. But also, I just love to hear their suggestions, so I don’t mind having a conversation with them to hear what’s new. I just signed up for the rewards program, and I’m excited to use the discount emailed to me! I am going to try the online ordering and pay/pickup at store... To the 2 people working in the evening on Fri Oct 23/20, I didn’t get your names, but thank you so much for the help!! I always always always, recommend F&F to all my family and friends. If staff at liquor stores would take their jobs as serious as the staff at this place, then the world would be a better place. If you have questions, you will get straight answers here as they know what they are talking about. I highly suggest this place over the others, hands down.

I would caution consumers: Fire & Flower requires some development in product knowledge, customer service and price point despite its attractive aesthetics. Consider alternatives and informing yourself on cannabis products and competitive prices before going, if you happen to be unfamiliar.

Some cannabis was labeled 0.00% CBD. This is impossible. Staff didn't know much about the cannabis culture or industry. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. It would get zero stars but I have to give it 1 to post the comment. So they get a most improved award

Tried to get in last night - the girl at the door was dismissing and rude. Said we had to wait 5 mins ...which is cool and then it turned into 10 mins in a breath later. I will drive to Edmonton before hitting this place again. When you start a business - professionalism and kindness go a long way especially before I even get inside!

Was asked for ID at door. Provided. Was told to remove license from clear holder in wallet, unsure why. Did so. Got a loud sarcastic YOUR WELCOME from the immature 40ish long haired guy in it being handed back. Went to counter for an eighth of Balmoral. Tasted chemically, wasn't cured properly. My only previous trip, I was first customer of the day, only person in store beyond employee at door & 2nd at counter, was unnecessarily ID'd twice within 10 seconds. Will never bother with again.

Best shop in town here. Staff are friendly and extra cautious regarding minors. Store front looks amazing. Originally i had thought they hadn't had any sample buds to view. Seen some by the door today. And took some more time browsing through the info tablets. Was the only thing I was disappointed about. Now, hopefully the gov frees up edibles sooner than later.

Lady at the door was a piece of work. Rude and pushy, please and thank you will go a long way when asking for something. Very poor selection though that is not the stores falt. Without even asking my history the attendent kept trying to tell me what I wanted and kept telling me that as a new consumer I need high CBD product with little or no THC and there was virtualy no difference between Indica and sativa. Stick to the compassion clubs and your local guy, this store and the government has made a total joke of the legalization of cannabis. Probition 2.0 is more like it. Nice looking store, I will give them that .

Ive had decent experiences here before but I don't think I'll go back again. For one, their prices are pretty high. The guy I had "helping " me didn't seem to be interested in helping anyone. Awesome store in a big strip mall with lots of parking on the back edge of St Albert. Surrounded by gas stations restaurants and groceries this is a Great Super bright and Clean location, with a very friendly and super informed staff. There can be lulls in the action there but normally fairly active any lines to the registrar that build up when busy are quickly handled by 2nd. Let the concierge walk u though what they have in stock to meet ur needs or check out the big screens for easy to read lists of product's quality amount and cost. I recommend this location for your recreational cannabis needs.

Legalization has actually made me decide to quit. 55$ for an 1/8? dry, small counts, one day a week they actually have stock , the rest is: Denagal, highlands, prohibition blend, mk ultra....all of this stuff is junk. Smoke so much to get a buzz you just get a headache. Thank you Justin bo peep and F and F for helping me quit an expensive habit that got 2x as expensive once the Government got involved.

Nice shop but i found the screen listing all the strains was changing to quickly and it's hard to read until your at the counter ordering. I didnt want to go to the wall with all the different strains on cards because they were giving a presentation and I wasnt about to walk into then middle of it. Went to another shop that had all the strains on these color coordinated glass magnifying containers. Not only could I see a bud of the strain I was buying but I could see what kind of weed based on the color. Also it's very expensive. Almost double what I pay on the street. And the stuff I get on the street is better.

I had another great experience there with Neil this time. Not only was he super friendly but he also took the time to help me find a good strain for me. He explained how the different strains make him feel, and he taught me some cool stuff too. And on top of that he gave me a great tip about some good prerolls that were out of stock that night but ill definitely be going in to try them out some time. He even told me to add my birthday to my profile so I can take advantage of the discount that would be provided on my birthday :) James was there as well and I didnt get the chance to interact with him as much but he seemed equally friendly and was making jokes. Those guys really create a great environment for customers. The girls working this evening were amazing. They were both super friendly and the one who helped me more was really knowledgable about their product and helped me find exactly what I was looking for

This specific location has a mostly great staff. In unprecedented times, I have a medical exemption and regularly deal with strife from strangers and businesses alike for simply having a documented medical exemption which i essentially am forced to always have my papers on me if I leave my house. Some businesses though are highly respectful of order, guidelines and duty of service. This location is one of those locations and it has become the only store I can fully trust to go to and not worry about arguments or push-back for a legally documented medical condition. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. I am older that 70 and when I walked into the store with my 40 year old son we were told to present ID. What?? The little "bully" at the door was rude and aggressive and told us we could not shop there if we didn't show ID. That'll be the day that some clerk will intimidate me - I find this store to be more expensive than most but it is convenient location. However I will not step foot in there again. Today they lost $150 - this year they'll lose much more. My advice - stay clear. I would also add that the atmosphere and demeanour of the staff at Green Leaf in St. Albert is much differnet. They have a great location and friendly staff and I was happy to spend my money there. I will be filing a complaint wioth the ALCB on Monday regading my (our) experience at Fire and Flower.
