Amazing work! I had called in hoping that i could swing by and pick something up pre-made and be on my way. I had been following the absolutely beautiful work of Fabloomosity for a while and was so excited to make an appointment with them. I met with Danielle, who is wonderful, it was just like sitting with a friend discussing all the details and ideas for the wedding except at the end she had absolutely nailed my vision with her suggestions and I couldn’t have been happier with the outcome. I had my bouquet, boutineers and corsages done along with the greenery for the ceremony and reception. They were absolutely amazing and came to set up all the greenery along the aisle at the ceremony and then moved it to the reception with where they arranged it on the tables with the candles we provided as well as decorating the cake with florals. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional and so friendly! I will definately go back for any future floral needs!

Horrible service, literally the day before my wedding at 4:30pm Friday evening. I go in to look over my flowers (as this was the only time they provided me to go look) for my wedding the next day. When I show up I was ONLY THEN INFORMED that my flowers could not be in my wedding color.... the store lady was shocked that the manager did not bother to call me to let me know due to the "flower" shortage that I could not get them in my wedding colors... the manager was cold hearted and really didn't care. Fast forward to now (3months after my wedding) I had the store persevere my flowers and they have now gone bad!!..which I still had to pay $150. I paid 3 thousand for only my wedding party to have flowers nothing else and was only compensated $200. This is crazy I will NEVER recommend this store to anyone. Horrible service and high prices that do not deliver on the quality.

Is there not an option to give a company zero stars? Cause that’s what they deserve. My sister was left with a considerable credit (just under $1000) after cancelling her wedding. My grandfather passed away earlier this week. My sister contacted fabloomosity to do the arrangements for the service. Emails were exchanged and arrangements were made to have the flowers delivered to the funeral home on Friday. There was a balance after the credit of just over $200. My sister called and provided her CC information. This morning (2 days before the funeral) they called to inform her that her credit has mysteriously expired and she would have to pay the full balance of the flowers. They blamed a negligent employee. Unbelievable! Poor customer service and practice. And absolutely dispecable. The owner and staff should be embarrassed to work for such a shady establishment.

I went with Fabloomosity for my wedding in June, and everything went perfectly! They provided bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages for our wedding party, along with air plants that we used in our centrepieces, and other flowers for our pew markers. They were always very easily accessible by email and always responded within a couple days, which made it very easy and stress-free to organize our wedding from a different province. They were helpful and flexible with accommodating our pickup and delivery times, and were always punctual with the meetings and deliveries that we had arranged. The arrangements also turned out beautifully, and they really helped our vision come to life (with reasonable prices too!). Overall, it was a great experience to work with Fabloomosity - I have no complaints and would not hesitate to use them again!

I would not have an event or function without floral from FaBLOOMosity! They prepared special arrangements for my husband’s memorial. The creativity and planning put into the arrangements left my family speechless - Janine had the oak leaves in the wrap around wreath match EXACTLY the grave stone. We did not ask for this - it is this exceptional detail and thoughtfulness that sets her above the rest. She truly cares about her clients and their events. Her artistry is at all our holiday tables. I sent flowers to my friend for her birthday. They were unable to get ahold of her because she thought their number was a spam number, but they rectified the situation as fast as they could, and the bouquet that got delivered was just STUNNING. I also wrote something inappropriate for the card (an inside joke between my friend and I), thinking they may not write it, and they wrote it! My friend was in tears from laughing so much. Fabloomosity is truly a unique and magical experience. The location is gorgeous, upon entering you are greeted and seated, and your bespoke appointment (if you have one!) starts. We were whisked away to dream up our perfect wedding florals, the options were endless and nothing was off the table. It's unfortunate that is has come to this as we used to love this floral shop. Fabloomosity has really let down our family in a time when we're grieving most. Our family had a leftover credit from a wedding. We contacted the shop to utilize our credit and get some flowers for our grandpa's funeral. After placing the order and working out all the details we are told that we are no longer able to use our credit because it had expired I'm not sure how this is even ethical when A ) an expiry date was never mentioned B ) last time I looked at a hundred dollar bill it didn't have a best before date C ) a credit should be treated much like a gift card and have no expiry date. Now this was $1000. Were not talking about a couple Carnations or Rose's. The cherry on the cake is now they are threatening legal action on us for voicing our displeasure? We just can't decide, Global News or CTV? I think both have a segment where they call out poor consumer treatment. Do yourselves a favour folks. Find a new flower shop. This is hands down one of the scabbiest , unethical and poor customer service experiences we have ever had! #boycottfabloomosity

Received two bloom boxes from a business associate. I can't believe they charge $120 each for these things. They are like 8 inches in diameter (they look huge in the photos) and were dead within two days. They were also really ugly (nothing like what I saw on their Instagram account). So bizarre. I am familiar with their work - saw a beautiful wedding arch in real life once, but have also seen their bridal/bridesmaid bouquets wither, blacken and die by the time the wedding reception has begun. Quality seems to be poor and doesn't live up to their social media "look".

Nice space but as I understand it, costly to rent and the flowers are expensive. Only 1 bathroom total and the door was difficult for many to latch. Stairs are icy in winter. Room was chilly, even more so near the door. Decor was nice though.
