I stumbled on Kelly and her shop by pure accident 2 summers ago when I was at Nikki Dawns photography studio getting information about booking her for my wedding in July of 2018. Fresh flowers were an absolute must for me when we decided we were going to get married in the Okanagan. We went next door and there she was. She was so friendly, happy and cheerful and she beyond easy to work with, especially for someone like me, I plan events for a living in Edmonton where I live. We emailed a few times over the winter and I felt super comfortable being real with her, sending her photos of what I wanted, a giant huge cascade bouquet for myself with lighter colors and when she personally delivered them to my parents’ house the morning of my wedding in Oliver I was overcome with emotion. It’s when the entire enormity of the situation became really real! They were amazing and way better then the hundreds of photos I sent to her from pint-rest and google. I tried hard not to cry but too bad! Thank god the makeup artist was still there to fix me up! better yet it was 29 the day of the wedding and the flowers had no issues always looking perfect, they never wilted or got yucky. My parents kept them at their house for the gift opening the next day, and then my mom let me know they had lasted WELL over a week after the wedding. Very impressed. Now when I send Mom anything for her birthday or mother’s day I always purchase from Kelly and the Polka Dot Door. I will never be able to thank her enough for exceeding my expectations.

I placed an order online on the Polka Dot Door website, it was so easy and user friendly! I ended up having to call to change some credit card information and I spoke to Kelly.. Not only was she SO friendly and wonderful but it felt like I was talking to an old friend I didn't want to hang up with. She was so kind and helpful.. Honestly, my grandma hasn't even received her flowers yet but I know they will be perfect with someone like Kelly handling the task. Thank you so much for your kindness, I'll never forget it.

Excellent service and her creativity in creating a bouquet is incredible ! She creatively personalized it to my situation. Prices are great as well, delivery was so fast. I would highly recommend this florist !

I don’t know where to begin... I would give Polka Dot Door a higher than 5 review if I could! Anyone in or around the Okanagan needs to have Kelly take care of their floral arrangement needs. I’m from Vancouver and we’re placing another order for our one month anniversary in August.. just because! My aunt owns a floral shop downtown Toronto and was blown away with Kellys work! Our wedding flowers were UNREAL! Kelly, your work is beyond perfection; your arrangements truly are a work of art! Your personality is out of this world too, and the overall experience cannot be praised enough with this one review. I felt a good energy from the moment we met, and for that reason, I left our entire wedding floral design in your capable hands which turned out to be better than we could have ever expected, just pure perfection- thank you! Anytime we visit BC we will be sure to head to Osoyoos and visit. ❤️

I absolutely loved the florals Kelly designed and created for my wedding last weekend! I was so happy with the colours and flower choices that were in my bouquets and centrepieces. The photos don’t do the flowers justice, they looked so great in photographs, but even better in person! I was so happy with how they turned out and I want to thank you again for being part of my wedding day success!! The Polka Dot Door Design Boutique is such a fun place to shop and they have a variety of items! The boutique was very festive looking, the prices were fair and the staff were very friendly. If you need some flowers, a Christmas arrangement or gifts stop in and check them out. ????

I cannot say enough amazing things about Kelly-Anne and Polka Dot Door!! The flowers and centrepieces for our wedding were absolutely stunning!!! Kelly-Anne managed to pull my vision out of my head with just a few photos. She delivered the bouquets and boutonnières directly to where each of us were getting ready as well as setting up our gorgeous tables perfectly at our venue and even made sure we had vases for the bouquets at the reception. The quality of flowers she uses is unparalleled to the point where my bouquet last almost 10 days!!! I highly highly recommend her for any flower needs. She is truly amazing!!
