Was an amazing experience dealing with the ladies at this flower shop for my wedding a few weeks ago! I had a tough request for my bouquet asking for a cascading greenery with white roses and calalillies.... but Lorraine was amazing with the challenge and they looked beautiful! Everything was ready to go on the Big Day and I couldn't be more happy how everything turned out!

I am so happy with my experience with Kootenay Floral! I ordered online from overseas and they delivered within hours of my order being placed. I ordered a cut-tied arrangement so wasn't entirely sure what I would get but they outdid themselves with beautiful stargazers, roses and gerbers. Highly recommended!

One of my greatest loves is flowers. I’ve received the most beautiful bouquets from Kootenay Floral for a variety of special occasions such as birthdays, Mother's Day, and Christmas. The bouquets were a piece of art that include such a wide variety of beautiful flowers and unique greenery. The flowers last for weeks, no, seriously they do! As a local this is our go to flower shop!! They have always created the most beautiful arrangements that are good for gifts or just something to brighten up the house. I asked for clarification about cost, and she was nothing but rude and disrespectful toward me. I am extremely disappointed with this service. I cancelled my order and I will not order flowers from here again.

The best customer service ever!!! I am from another town and wanted to send something really special to my mom. I ordered an arrangement of 3 different plants. At the time the flower shop was still waiting for some new spring containers. Within a week I was sent pictures of what container I preferred and the next day was sent the final picture of the arrangement for my mom. My mom was so happy with arrangement and suits her house. Extremely disappointed with the customer service I recieved with my family attempting to order a flower arrangement for a funeral. We were very off put after being asked multiple times what colours we wanted in a rude way. We were expecting some guidance on choices because we didn't know what options were available. The women snarkily made a comment about us not giving her any direction. We went into the shop looking for their expertise and opinions. We were then asked to pay not knowing at all what we would receive and without any other discussion about the arrangement. People skills of the one women was very inappropriate. My family chose to visit another flower shop in Trail. That experience was wonderful. They guided us with a caring manner after not having a specific colour chosen. Questions such as "what are your thoughts on bright colours?" "Do you have any favorite flowers?" "Would you like the arrangement to hang over both sides of the casket?" ... and so on. Hopefully Kootenay Floral can take this as a learning opportunity on customer service with their employees.

Terrible experience with this shop. I would not recommend ordering anything from them. My partner ordered flowers from out of country, and requested a bouquet worth a discussed amount. The bouquet came to $40 more and was charged to his credit card. If you order $100 bouquet, you don't expect to be charged $140. When I arrived to pick them up at 1:30 (I was told any time after noon) they hand't even started them. I live out of town. She was not helpful or apologetic...just could I come back later. I tried, but I couldn't....and so the bouquet sat there for a couple of days, until I could come back. Not a pleasant experience. We were treated like a hassle all the way along. We order flowers often from many places around BC, and have never had such bad service. Unfortunately for them...we will not be ordering from them again!

Not a positive experience. I was calling from out of province wanting to order flowers I received voicemail asking me to leave my name and number and someone would call me back. Well I am work and calling while on a break...so No it won't work for someone to call me back. So I needed to keep trying until I reached a person. While speaking with the first women on the phone she abruptly handed the phone to another women...now I am having to repeat everything I just said. What a process. So I reluctantly ordered the flowers wishing there was another name that had come up in my google search. So I ordered flowers to be sent to a past colleague on her birthday. So the day of her birthday I texted another colleague to see if the flowers had arrived and they had not yet. Well her shift was almost over and no flowers? So I called back and guess what...I got voicemail. Really?? The flowers did arrive at the end of her day....sure would have been nice if the instructions given were followed. Would not recommend this flower shop.

I’ve received many bouquets over the years but none as glorious as the one delivered for my birthday in February. It was exquisite, lush, and full with a wide variety of flowers. It lasted longer than other bouquets as well and I was still enjoying some of the blooms even after 3 weeks. I highly recommend Kootenay Florists.

My experience was great. I didn't really know what I wanted, just something green to balance all the water element of my new business. Both ladies were great. My only problem was I couldn't make up my mind on which of 2 items I really liked. They helped me arrive at a creative solution that worked extremely well for me. They provided immediate service and they delivered my choice(s) to the door. Couldn't have done more to please me. Thank you ladies
