Louanne is an absolute delight to work with! We had a few ideas as to what we wanted for flowers & greenery for Wedding Bouquets, but we really had no clue. That’s where Louanne came to our rescue . Her knowledge & attention to detail put together a mixture of real & artificial flowers to make up the most stunning bouquets I’ve ever seen. Louanne worked within our budget, recommending flowers that look beautiful, her advise on not using those certain pricey flowers that really aren’t worth the price. This girl knows her stuff! the flower hut really knows what they are doing when it comes to customer service. it was my girlfriends birthday 04/07 and i had placed an order in advance which was easy to do online with very reasonable prices. i mistakenly put the wrong address down for delivery and the lovely lady who runs the show (i believe it was JoAnne) promptly got her driver to pick the flowers up and bring them to the RIGHT location. after i had made a silly mistake Flower Hut saved the day. if anyone is wondering where to get flowers from dont even bat an eye. FLOWER HUT IS THE PLACE TO GO

Excellent service!!!!! Called in a order from another province in need of a sympathy bouquet for some dear friends. Louanne was a pleasure to deal with and well ...the arrangement was absolutely beautiful! Our friends were very impress with the bouquet and sent us pictures!!

When I called to order I asked if the bouquet would look like what I was ordering and she said it would. I've been very disappointed twice ordering over the phone. Today my daughter got her bouquet and sent me a picture to thank me -- it is absolutely gorgeous and exactly like the picture! Well done Flower Hut! The flowers are fresh and vibrant too!

I live far from my loved ones so sending flowers is the one way I can say I care. I have tried a few other shops only to be disappointed when I'm sent the picture of what was sent .. Absolutely fantastic service and the bouquets are always what I ordered but more beautiful ! I will only use the flower hut!

The lady who owns this place is an absolute angel. Beautiful arrangements and lots of options. Very accommodating. Did the flowers for my best friend's wedding last summer and made some beautiful arrangements recently for a loss in the family. I highly recommend getting your flowers from here. I ordered flowers for my Mom after my Grandma passed away. I wasn't impressed with them. They didnt look much like the photo. They were messy and my mom said some of the edges were already browning! We paid almost 80.00 for them!!! Which is steep and for that price I expected better. I could have went and got a nice bouquet from somewhere else for a fraction of the price but I wanted to treat her to something special. Very disappointed
