I don't ever feel like I'm going to save money when I go to Safeway. I except produce not being perfect from time to time. No business will last if they have bad produce. Not buying the trade off of paying more for fresh quality because bad produce happens. Its when stores consistently offer their best prices thats where I shop and no where else.

It used to be my favourite grocery store. They were pricey but always had top quality products. Ever since Sobey's bought them they've kept their prices high but now sell poor quality "Compliments" brand goods that are ruining Safeway. I don't shop at Safeway anymore unless it's a last resort.

Love the fresh baked goods and produce. A good grocery store to stop and grab something for lunch (soup, sandwiches, etc). Staff are quite friendly and service is efficient. Self-checkout takes cash which is another bonus.

I normally love shopping at Safeway but during the pandemic it is challenging. I miscalculated today and came on customer appreciation day. They were out of a large number of items. Nice to have the discount but bad to draw crowds because of specials. Maybe Safeway would consider spreading it out over the first week of the month or every Tuesday of the month until the pandemic is over.

I used to visit this place on regularly basis when I was living there. They have all the routine products with cheap price. They also have pharmacy inside which is their plus point. If talk about customer service then they are key player and they know how to sustain customer for long term. I would like to recommend this place.

Typical Safeway facility - there’s really good availability of parking. I was there on a Sunday and for some reason it seemed like they were low on fresh items. I don’t know if that was as a result of weekend shifts, deliveries, or they were just that busy. I had to go elsewhere though for some produce.

Great service. And their security personnel are so friendly and concerned for my wellbeing that they follow me all throughout the store making sure I don't slip and fall or need assistance. They must be shy though because they dress like they're undercover and every time I see them they pretend to be doing something else.

We were inside the mall & bought a coffee from Starbucks, after 5mins the Manager closed the door inside the mall.. & we asked her if she can consider to open as my other baby & husband still inside the mall & we parked at food court entrance. She refuse us. She said once she closed she not gonna open it again. I'm with my 2 girls & she let us to walk outside & it's so cold. ????

While getting my groceries I felt weak - then helpless as my cart was full and would be a challenge taking it home across the street. By all metrics you can measure a grocery store I think Safeway Southland generally meet or exceed expectations. The store is always clean, there's no lack of carts indoors to grab, any interactions with the staff are always positive and friendly. I've never seen a lack of stock issue there. I have seen some lines at the checkout develop during peak hours but they usually try to mitigate it and, by comparison to some box stores, they don't really feel that long. I still shop here and will continue to as my first choice for the foreseeable future.

My disclaimer is that I haven't been to many other grocery stores in Regina, but they had all I needed and it was easy to find. It is close to the main highway, which made it a great stop on my way through on the #1. There is a Starbucks and ice in blocks! I'll be back I'm sure.

Safeway deli use the worst ingredients ,mostly rotten dried up vegetables. Bread was old and stale has big whole inside. Never had such a unprofessional person behind the counter I have ever seen. Haily needs to be trained and should learn proper customer service.

This store's layout just boggles the mind. Organic lemon juice is between sports drinks and junk food. Peanut butter & Jam are located in the Bakery directly under a sign that reads Bread & Buns. I went here because it was convenient but each time I leave feeling frustrated and angry. When I break down and ask where something is I get an eye roll and spoken to as if I was too stupid to get that of course the organic lemon juice would be by things you drink. No more I'm totally done with this store.
