Terrible service! My friend had ordered me a bouquet of flowers and a box of chocolates to be delivered to me on a Monday as my dad had passed away the previous week. It took the delivery driver 4 hours to find my address and when the flowers arrived, there were no chocolates. And the flowers looked like they had been wrapped and unwrapped and the box and cellophane wrap was wet! I didnt receive them until 4 days later after 6 phone calls from my friend and 2 calls from me. And for me to find out the flower shop was directly across from my workplace! When I called to confront the manager she hung up on me. I contacted head office to deal with the incompetency of this company! So disgusted......

Can't recommend. Basket was delivered to hotel guests as promised, looked nice. Tag with recipient's name was attached, but no tag showing who sent it. Shop owner claims tag was there - if recipients had looked harder (?). I can't prove she's wrong, but seems unlikely. Won't use again - you feel like a real jerk phoning to say "did you get the gift basket?"

This is the only flower shop in the city as far as I'm concerned, the employees are great and the only time they haven't had what I wanted was when they were closed. Their flowers seem to last longer than any others I've tried as well, so that's a nice bonus.

Wow I am REGINA FLORIST. I live in the Sunshine State of Florida and tried another florist that sent me to GOOGLE where I found this store and visited the website. I called before my order was placed on the website to make sure the arrangement could be done: then I called again because I proofread my confirmation email and I needed to fix something on my card and I called a third time to say THANKYOU. The arrangement was beautiful, the recepient loved it. You have impeccable time with the delivery - she received it at the perfect time. It was so awesome that I placed my order this morning and it was delivered this afternoon. I love the fact that there were no additional charges like same day delivery and then a delivery charge. If I ever need to send flowers again.. you will be on the TOP OF THE GOLDEN LIst. THANKS

Wow! Another beautiful arrangement from Paulette! Our daughter from the states wanted to send me flowers and she chose Paulette's because my husband has purchased flowers for me over the past many years! True to form - the flowers arrived on time and we weren't home. A phone call from her was all that was needed to redirect delivery so they would not feel the frost of the crazy cold weather we have been experiencing. When I finally got them they were as fresh as a daisy! Peachy coloured gerber daisies (did I say that daisies are my favorite flower much to the chagrin of my husband who loves to buy me roses) and peach coloured roses. Absolutely lovely! Whenever we want to buy flowers or send flowers to someone else locally we rely on Paulette - thoughtful, fast, beautiful arrangements! If you are looking for flowers Paulette's is the place to go!

Ordered online and chose the delivery date I wanted but the flowers never arrived as the shop was closed for Family Day. I was called and given the option of having a different delivery day which I chose, but it was disappointing as I thought they would be there a day before and had to ruin the surprise for my friend by asking her for her work address to have them delivered to as she wouldn't be home anymore. The flowers were lovely and she was very happy with them.

Small shop with great prices. They have the standard selection of flowers as well as some interesting and unique stuff which I really like in a florist. They had roses dyed multiple colours which was very cool when you think about it. Roses can be so generic that they can sometimes say " I just did something bad and I am giving you these because I have no imagination". Not always to be certain as they are beautiful flowers but many women have negative associations with them because of this. Dying them really turns that on its head and makes them pretty in a completely different way. So if you love someone who used to be with a jerk who bought her roses to try to make bad things ok they are perfect. They also do a very good job of all the standard things that florists do such as wedding arrangements and such and have very competitive prices. The staff are friendly and genuinely helpful. I only mention the above as it is hard to find unique things. The reason that I didn't give them five stars is that they don't have a huge selection of flowers on hand but I really don't think that is a fair thing to expect in Regina in October

The store has lots of variety in items ranging from gift baskets, balloons, flowers, and to help you decide what is an appropriate thing to buy....they have friendly knowledgeable staff. You will find everything you need here whether it be for a special occassion or just to grovel for forgiveness. It is easy to get to and has easy access parking.

Terrible service. I was choosing flowers to be made into a bouquet. I chose roses and babys breath. I gave it to this lady and i dont think she likes to help me. She sounds rude. She didnt even put the roses and babys breath until i asked her to. I even showed her a picture that i bought there before so that she knows what i meant. This bouquet is so bad that i felt bad giving it to my mom. Spent $60 for this.

I was working away from home and ordered flowers for my girlfriend. I gave special instruction to deliver to the back door because we live in a basement suite. The next day they say that they attempted delivery with no success, which I told them was not possible as my girlfriend was home all day. They tried to charge me extra for delivery even though it was their own incompetence that resulted in the failed delivery. I then asked them to cancel the order. They did not listen and instead called my girlfriend and told her she had to come pick them up. I will never use this service again even though the flowers were quite nice.

Found florist by internet search. Very pleased to find that they didn't charge a wire fee or delivery charge. Good customer service when I received a phone call explaining why the flowers were not delivered as web site suggested.

Customer service here is unfortunately pathetic! The two woman seemed upset I was ordering flowers and I got the vibe that they didn't want to work at all. This made me extremely uncomfortable & as a paying customer, this isn't acceptable. I will say though, the flowers were beautiful, but with the bad taste in my mouth after experiencing such poor customer service, it really didn't matter! I hope this review makes you stop and think about the value of customer service!

On Monday April 6th I had already been to many other places in search of a flower arrangement that would implement " Black + Blue" flowers. All the places I went to pretty much laughed in my face and said GFL,,, ????????. I went to growers direct and with a bit of creativity from the owner lady she was able to provide with an arrangement that most definitely helped we with my search for something specific and different. Even with this whole virus stuff happening the business owner was willing and able to provide me with excellent service,,, thank you muchly owner lady !!!
