Ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday at her place of work. I understand they can't guarantee delivery time, however, I put that she worked until 4, and they were there by eleven, only an hour and a half after ordering. She loved them, and they are beautiful. Thank you!

I was there to order some flowers I found them busy but the girl there rushed to me had a few great customer service words with me. I was amazed by the approach and friendly behaviour of all girls working there. Flowers were beautiful with reasonable price. The flowers were nice, but I had paid for a teddy bear to be delivered with them and my friend didn't get the teddy bear. We had to call the company and tell them it was missed. Plus I got an email of a successful delivery even though she wasn't there and bad to go pick them up the next day. Not super impressed, probably won't order from here again.

Well, after comparing a picture of the actual arrangement to the one on the website, I realised I did not get what I was expecting. I picked that particular arrangement because my wife loves the big yellow flowers shown on the website...as well as all the colorful other flowers. As it turns out, the big yellow ones were actually orange, and the others were not that colorful. Fairly expensive, to be let down...But my wife said they are still nice so I will give 2 stars rather then the 1 I would have given.

Please DO NOT order from Growers Direct on Quance St. (THEY ARE UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP) - Please DO order from Growers Direct on Albert St!!!!! My families experience with Growers Direct on Quance St. was AWFUL! My husband ordered flowers for my grandma after my grandfather passed away. The flowers were delivered at 9:30pm with no phone call or notice that flowers were to be coming. All of the lights were off, and they rang the doorbell several times and waited for someone to answer. The flowers that arrived were in very poor condition and many of the flowers are now dead only a couple days later. The arrangement was approximately $115 in cost, and looked like a $20 arrangement. I called the store to express my concern, and received very disappointing customer service. My family did not receive any form of apology for the inappropriate timing of delivery or condition of the flowers, and they did not seem concerned at mediating the problem.

I ORDERED FLOWERS FOR VALENTINES DAY. WHAT WAS DELIVERED WAS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT FROM WHAT WAS ONLINE. AND THE CHOCOLATES I HAD ADDED ON WERE NEVER DELIVERED. I CALLE CUSTOMER CARE AND SPOKE WITH MICHEINE WHO, WHILE ACKNOWLEDGING THE DELIVERED FLOWERS WERE DIFFERENT, CLAIMED THE SUSTITUTION POLICY ALLOWED THEM TO DO THAT. IN FACT, THE SUBSTITUION POLICY PROVIDES THAT THE CLOR, THE THEME AND ARRANGEMENT MUST BE SUSTANTIALLY SIMILAR TO WHAT WAS ORDERED. SHE WAS UNAPOLOGETIC AND BLOCKEDD ALL AVENUES TO COMPLAIN TO ANYONE ELSE. DONT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE, IT HOLD UP TO THE STANDARDS CLAIMED

Very dissatisfied with the Christmas arrangements that we ordered for my sisters. Not at all as on the website. Also the delivery person was to phone before the deliveries were delivered. No problems being delivered to the retirement home but other arrangement just left on the steps of the house being delivered to. No phone call was received. Difficult to find a reputable florist online from another province!

Terrible experience for both myself and the friend I sent flowers to. I ordered my friend a 50$ bouquet and the next day when I went to her house, half the flowers were dead. I called growers to inform them of this and they agreed to deliver her a replacement bouquet. I told them to call my friend in advance before they made the delivery so she would not have to waste her day off waiting for replacement flowers. They called her to let her know they were on their way to deliver the flowers. She waited 2 hours and they did not show up. I called them back and was rudely put on hold for 5 minutes and forgotten about. Called them back again and they said they would deliver the flowers the last delivery of the day. They did not end up showing up at all. The next day they ended up delivering a new bouquet and a box of chocolates. The replacement bouquet they delivered were all cheap flowers, roughly a $20 value. The chocolates were a nice addition, but I paid for flowers, not chocolates. I called Growers again to speak with the manager. Turns out the person I had been dealing with the entire time WAS the manager. If you want a good customer experience and a quality product I recommend going thought another company.

I ordered flowers for my Mom and Grandma as my Grandpa passed away and I am in a different province. I ordered them late at night and the arrangement was done and delivered by 3pm the next day. They were ABSOLUTELY gorgeous! Better then the picture online! They both loved them! Their prices can't be beat! I always used to go to Safeway but Regina florist is 1000% better quality and price! Thank you so much!!

I want to explain my review of 2 stars. Flowers were lovely but not what I had expected from picture I chose. Also I asked for a certain dollar amount and found the flowers did not meet that value. When I called to question they sent me a list of flower prices. So I say beware of buying flowers sight unseen, maybe they thought I wouldn’t see flowers to justify value. Disappointing. Will never use them again. Maybe covid has affected the amount of value they place needing to save money as lost money. Unfortunate

My family ordered flowers for my father's burial service a week prior to the service itself--a wreath and 22 long-stemmed flowers. When my brother went to pick up the flowers, the long-stemmed flowers were not done. We had to use different flowers than chosen. I am thankful that we did have some flowers but disappointed that the ones we selected were not ready.

Very rarely give five out of five, but the customer service at this place was amazing! I had asked for some rose pedals just as a gift and they provided me with a big bag full at an extremely low low price ($0) when everyone else was charging much much more! Meant to mention this way sooner, but just now finding the time! Highly recommend them.

Flowers were delivered with the message for everyone in the office to read. I called to inquire as I was surprised at this and was told that this was how they send everything. I assumed that my message would be for the recipient and not the person at the front desk and everyone else in the area. Super disappointed at both the policy not to fold the card in, or use an envelope, and the lame response to my concern. They need to have an option to tick "private" on the message. The gal blamed me for not asking for the note to be turned in on the comments section. Like I should know this. Not a good experience.

First, I liked their web site and the ease of seeing the bouquets with the variations based on price. I was planning to order on line but phoned to confirm that delivery would be at the end of day when my son and/or daughter-in-law would be home. I received a call back (long distance) when the phone number I gave them was somehow incorrect; they connected and re-routed the delivery to my daughter-in-law"s office. Son and daughter-in-law (and her office colleagues!) were all impressed with the bouquet. And, they waived the delivery charge because I was planning to order on line.

I ordered an arrangement to be delivered for our young niece who had just been through a hospital visit, I made a note on the order asking for a fun playful arrangement as it was for a child and they did an amazing job! They also took it a step further and added a little something special to help our niece feel better. Will continue to use this shop for all future flower orders, very impressed with their genuinely nice attitude and professionalism!
