Debbie and her team are awesome, so helpful and friendly. I also do all my out-of-city orders through Gale's - they make it so easy. Totally recommend!

The flowers have always been beautiful, whether it was the gardenias and roses for my own wedding many years ago, flowers for family celebrating special milestones or for Christmas greens fresh and fragrant given to friends... Ordering in person or over the phone I am confident that my order will be greatly enjoyed!

By far, the BEST florist in Saskatchewan. Do not let anyone tell you any different. I came in right before closing a few weeks ago to pick up some florals for a Birthday, 2 weeks ago. The only direction I provided was that I wanted to have Calla Lillys incorporated into my bouquet. Debbie procured a stunning bouquet and the smell from these flowers lingered for 10 days. Gorgeous & fresh. I have ordered flowers from her competitors who 'claim' to be the top florist in Regina & have higher ratings on google but their flowers do not last as long; and I was always disappointed with the execution. If you are looking for high QUALITY service, aesthetic and a FAIR price? You need to shop at Gale's. Period!

We live in Calgary and there is no question of who we are dealing with if we need flowers in Regina. I have lots of family there so need flowers a lot. Just used them and did not get to see the flowers but I heard they were amazing and the service when I ordered was top notch

Just went to Gale's for a bouquet on Valentine's Day. I am sure it's one of their busiest days, but I really felt they did not want me to be there. There was only 1 other customer in the store at the time, but the workers were not pleasant. There was a dog barking in the back at the time as well, which I don't mind at all, but the lady in the back was saying she was "going crazy" and "couldn't hear".. overall, if I am spending $50 on a bouquet with 4 roses and 8 carnations, I am expecting to get superior service. The flowers are beautiful, but next time I will drive all the way to Costco and get flowers that are just as beautiful for less money, and skip the unfriendly service.

Debbie at this location just went above and beyond for my gift basket request. I wanted to send over a gift basket to a dear friend of mine at the hospital and Debbie was extremely attentive and went the extra mile to personalize the gift basket. She was extremely professional with following up, and was able to take the initiative to find the room number to ensure a great delivery. It's rare to find such great customer service these days - this will forever be my go-to spot for flowers and gifts in Regina moving forward!

I met Debbie, at the 13th Ave location in Regina, over the phone as I now live in Victoria. I was in need of a special arrangement for a very sad time in our family. Debbie was so helpful, attentive, and even sent photos for confirmation and approval. I lived in Regina for 24 years, and consistently made use of Gale's Florist. The shopping cart is elementary. Once you place something in there, you can't remove it. I accidentally clicked through 2 of the same arrangements and was not allowed to remove one. I ended up having to move on to another online florist.

If I could rate a 0 I would. Was hoping to surprise one of our business associates with a flower arrangement for his birthday and Debbie was extremely rude. Using the following words "Well I don't know where the hell you're calling from" is not an appropriate language to use when talking to a paying customer. I was dumbfounded when she hung up the phone on me. I called again to cancel the order and she hung up on me for the second time before I even finish my sentence.

the flowers looked nice on the day of the Memorial, but lasted only 2 days. I contacted this florist and was told they are only MEANT to last the day of the Memorial. We spent ALOT of money on these.... I really thought they should last longer than that. :(

I ordered an arrangement to be delivered that showed up with dead leaves, not just one but most of them, they had also been chewed by bugs. When I confronted Gale's, they said they don't understand the problem, even though I sent pictures" and said they've never had someone complain about leaves... I complained about the fact you sent dead plants! They were a complete hassle to fix the issue and I ended up going through my credit card company to stop payment when they told the receiver she could "come get new leaves"... Terrible service, terrible products, don't waste your time with this place.

This is my third time ordering flowers here. The service is phenomenal, they are honest, and their patience is very forgiving. On my last order, Gale's called to check if I really wanted the three identical items the online shopping cart had added. Further, the day of delivery, I emailed back and changed the delivery date by a week. Finally, I emailed again because the delivery time had changed. Gale's was always accommodating. If you want beautiful arrangements delivered, even last minute, Gale's Florist will not let you down.

Did not want to rate one star. Horrible service. Was going to receive help from a friendly staff to help me pick flowers for my wedding. The staff was sent for lunch while she was going to help me. The other person (horrible one) sent me a way after the other lady left. The second time I went. She watched me and made sure that I did not over buy. Was only allowed to buy two flowers. Wasn't happy about either experience.

My favourite flowers are stargazing lillies and my boyfriend always gets them for me for events and I had been finding the flowers from other places were dying within a day or two (even if I returned and got new ones, dead!) but he just got me some from Gails and they're gorgeous, smell amazing and are blossoming so nicely. Will definitely be asking my boyfriend to return to Gails the next time he buys me flowers.

My family and I are consistently happy with the arrangements from Gale's on 13th! ???? Quality and selection always meet or exceed expectations. Are also very accommodating/flexible with short notice & pick up times. Especially, during this pandemic..... Gale's arrangements have helped to brighten my grandma's home and day each time she sees her pretty flowers. We just got off the phone and she couldn't be happier. Thank you!
