I highly recommend SE LA VI Flowers and would give this place a 10 star if I could. I am super stoked on the custom arrangement that Diana put together for me. When you order flowers over the phone, especially when you are out of province - you put a lot of trust in a florist. During our phone call and consultation Diana sent me photos via text of the flowers, vases and fillers she suggested and even a photo of the finished arrangement before she sent it out for delivery. That is textbook above and beyond customer service, mega yeah and mega thanks! This is the only florist you need to deal with in Red Deer, best in the biz.

Fantastic website, flower arrangements and service. I ordered flowers from the website because I'm from out of town. The selection online was excellent and ordering options were great. The flowers were delivered exactly as promised. But the flower arrangement was even more beautiful than the very pretty website picture. The flowers are pristine and super fresh. I contacted the shop with a question via their online form and their response was very fast. Could not be happier

Amazing place. Called and asked for a dozen roses in a vase with filler ready for pick up in a hour notice. SE LA VI completely went over my exceptions with haveing it ready in 45mins and haveing the bouquet looking amazing. Be ready to expect less from other places but be amazing with SE LA VI.

My daughter recently sent us a beautiful bouquet in memory of my mom, her grandma, who recently passed away. It was a beautiful, artistically designed arrangement. The flowers and greens were very fresh, so we were able to enjoy them for a long time. I also received a bouquet for my birthday, last year. It too, was extremely artistic and long lasting. Winning "platinum", is well deserved.

Not reputable at ALL! What I ordered for my friend was not anything of what she received. I went in to express my disappointment and all they said was they have the right to exchange any flowers based on seasonal availability (which I understand). But if they can’t make the flowers due to this issue, they shouldn’t be showcasing them for sale in the first place. They also said that the website makes them look more extravagant. They weren’t even the same colour! The staff was also very ignorant when I was explaining my issue. Se La Vi is a joke. Definitely won’t order from this place again. 0 STARS!!!

Five star service! I recently ordered a lovely feminine arrangement (Hello Beautiful bouquet – Premium) as sympathy flowers to send a loved one. The floral arrangement Se La Vi delivered couldn’t have been more beautiful and the price point was reasonable too. Since I live out of province, I had to go by website pictures and consulted with a wonderfully talented florist named Gayane. Gayane’s enthusiasm and positivity made the task of ordering flowers an absolute pleasure. I suggested making changes to a pictured arrangement and she confirmed that they had the necessary flowers in stock and shared ideas to adapt the arrangement to accommodate what I envisioned. Gayane masterfully composed the arrangement (14” tall and 21” wide) with soft pink, green and white florals with silvery accents – pale pink roses, lilies, carnations, an echeveria succulent, Italian ruscus, etc.). I was thrilled that the end result was even more beautiful than I expected. I also appreciated that Gayane was meticulous about making sure names on the card were spelled correctly and that some unopened florals were included in the arrangement to ensure it had extra longevity. Based on my experience, I highly recommend this florist. I was impressed with the gorgeous arrangement, reasonable price point and exceptional customer service.

Fabulous service and very accommodating. I sent flowers from abroad to a friend who lost her mother. Unfortunately my friend wasn't at home at the time of the delivery. Se La Vi arranged with my friend to deliver the flowers over two weeks later after she had returned home. My friend sent me a picture of the flowers and they were absolutely beautiful and looked better than in the online photo. Finally Red Deer has a florist you can rely on for great service and beautiful flowers! Thank you Se La Vi!!!

First time ordering flowers over telephone and so happy we chose Se La Vi Flowers. Flowers exactly as pictured on website. Same price if order online or over telephone. Requested purple flowers instead of 2 roses and to add a purple butterfly. Get Well - Be Happy in a yellow cup with smiley face. Finished product is beyond my expectations and receiver loves!! Staff very easy going and very customer driven. I will absolutely order from them again. When saw photo of floral arrangement sent to sister I teared up. So stunningly beautiful. Staff said first time they added a butterfly and they loved it.

This florist is both wonderful for customer service and for beautiful flower arrangements and attention to detail. I called to order flowers for our niece's funeral as we are out of province and could not attend. Diana, whom I spoke to, listened to my suggestions, incorporated her knowledge, expertise, and creativity, and put together a beautiful arrangement to be delivered to the church. The owner is super friendly and customizes bouquets on the spot for the occasion. Our most recent bouquet is 2 weeks old and still looks great. I used to order online through national flower suppliers with a corporate discount code but their flowers are never as advertised. Highly recommend SE LA Vi.

Excellent experience dealing with this business! Was looking to get a graduation wrist corsage done with only a few days left to go and I work a job that has the same business hours as the shop, so I was not able to attend in person to make any decisions. I felt like the company went above and beyond by taking the time to take photos of possible flower options and text them to me so that we could make a decision. We made some small changes based on an existing corsage concept and the results were amazing!!! ???? Thanks again for all you did to help me make this happen in time! Definitely recommend this shop!
