J'ai eu l'impression de déranger, soit par mon manque de connaissance à propos de l'entretien des fleurs ou soit par mon hésitation quant au choix de produit. C'est la deuxième fois que j'y vais et à ma première visite, j'avais reçu un tout aussi mauvais service. Je ne suis pas un cas isolé. J'ai plusieurs amis et personne dans ma famille qui n'ont pas apprécié le manque de courtoisie à cette boutique. J'y suis retourné en leur donnant une chance de faire mieux et malheureusement, ça n'as pas été le cas. Plutôt déçu. En conséquent, de très jolies fleurs, mais la qualité médiocre du service à la clientèle me pousse à ne pas recommander cet établissement. Pour un prix équivalent et un service hautement plus sympathique, allez plutôt à Floralies Jouvence, l'autre bord de l'autoroute. Un peu plus loin, certes, mais vous en sortirez avec une expérience-client et un sentiment nettement plus positif.
