Highly disappointed in the arrangement delivered to my daughter. A couple roses and then several other main flowers and basically 100 bucks with delivery. It looked like a 5 year old put it together, all dishevelled and when I emailed to express my disappointment, all I got back well this is why we aren't going to do designers choice and things always look different in pictures and the whole email I felt like i was the one with the problem. Not only was it a teeny, messy bouquet, the customer service from then on went down the tubes. Very upset... The flowers were meant to be classy and congratulatory but I was just embarrassed to have sent such a low budget bouquet.
