I've had an ok experience here in the past, but I recently went in again and was very disappointed by the customer service. The lady was on the phone and we stood inside for over 5 minutes without acknowledge. Her phone call involved talking about the weather and the vehicles in the parking lot, but didn't even greet us or say she'd be with us soon. We went to the new Mrs Flowers location instead and received amazing service

Flower arrangement was delivered as promised. Arrangement was very elegant. I requested delivery by phone and tried to create an image of what I would like. In Your Vase Flowers created that image in artistry under the challenging times of having just re-opened the store due to Covid19.

Spent 200 for 3 arrangements 2 50$ and one 100 one very disappointed in them !!The one $50 one the flowers can fit in a teacup and looks like something you'd buy at save on foods for $20 and the other $50 one is not even 5" x 9" across
