Prior to Mother’s day, I placed an order online for flowers but I realized I made a mistake in the choice for the colours of the flowers on the day right before Mother’s day and I phoned in in panic. The lady over the phone told me the flowers were packed and ready, I was worried sick thinking nothing could be done at this point since it was totally my fault for not double checking before ordering. However, after notifying the lady about my concerns she quickly offered to change the flower arrangement for more appropriate colours more suitable for the occasion. At first, I wasn’t hoping for too much change as I was thinking maybe they would just throw in some pink flowers on top of whatever’s packed already. To my surprise, when I picked up the flowers on Mother’s day, the lady at the shop actually prepared a whole new bouquet with beautiful arrangement of pink, yellow and red flowers. My mom absolutely loved them! I just want to say thank you so much to the wonderful staff at the Enchanted Florist for being so kind and understanding and also for the beautiful flowers!

Received flowers for Valentine's Day from this florist. They delivered it at the wrong time when I wasn't even there, and also delivered it to the wrong place . I had to go next door to another store to pick it up and they told me the delivery just put the flowers on their counter and left without saying anything, very disappointing service.

Wonderful attention to detail, gorgeous flowers: I needed a funeral wreath for a family member and Enchanted did a wonderful job. We discussed slight changes to a wreath on the website and she was incredibly kind and communicative. The end result was absolutely beautiful. I couldn't have asked for a better arrangement and she made the whole process so easy during a difficult time.

Simply wonderful, beautiful, and an incredibly sweet owner! I am getting married in a few days, and was looking for a local florist who could do a wedding bridal boquet and boutonniere. I had ideas in my mind, but I wasn’t fully sure what I wanted. I called Enchanted Florist who suggested I first take a look at her website. They have a very extensive online catalog of beautifully done arrangements. I got some ideas, phoned the owner back, and we worked out what would work best for what I was looking for. Everything she could do. Until I explained I would need the order this Monday (a holiday). Regardless, the owner said she will take my order and make it a possibility! I was so grateful! I just picked up my order: AMAZING! She created what I had exactly imagined! I also realized, she was doing the order when the business isn’t opened today—the owner loves what she does, and it truly shows! She is now part of my biggest day of my life. And I am deeply thankful for her customer care, kindness, and support! I will be holding my boquet, with pride and gratitude. Go here for your florist needs! PS: Her roses are locally sourced. And that is a major positive in my book!

Asked for a nice fern but received sage brush! Also asked for palm tree type but received something in the spider plant family. Even a money tree or the likes would have been better! Have to wonder about their knowledge and if they even care to listen to what the customer wants. Absolutely not recommended.

Loved both flower arrangements I got. I was a little weary because two other flower shops nearby were either closed or sold out and this shop's Open sign wasn't turned on. I waited quite a bit before my turn even though the person in front was just ordering one rose. But well worth the wait because the floral arrangement was so beautiful for my budget. One of the bouquets I bought was for someone's birthday and they had a bunch of other flowers given to them, but I still love the arrangement I brought and had done by Enchanted Florist the best compared to the rest. The florist here is seriously talented, I am so satisfied.

June 4.2020 So glad I used Enchanted Florist to prepare a standing spray arrangement for my late aunt who recently passed. This florist, situated in the Marpole area, has a great, professional website very simple to navigate and place an order. Maria, the lovely owner personally took care of me. She was quick to suggest beautiful flowers like lemon chiffon peonies, pink gerbera daisies, white alstroemerias and light pink mini roses. The arrangement was delivered directly to St.Augustine's Church the morning of the service, such great customer service and delivery my family and I really had nothing to worry about. The splendid flowers were a ray of sunshine on such a sad occasion ! I will not hesitate to use them again in the future and I will also recommend Maria to anyone wanting a great florist.

WOW! Unreal customer service, I am so impressed. I called them at 10AM and they delivered the arrangement by 11:30AM. They were really nice and easy to deal with over the phone, she said she might get the order out that day but most likely the next. I was floored when my friend texted me that it was there already. It was a sympathy bouquet and I was so glad it got to his mom so quickly. I am very impressed with the Enchanted Florist, I highly recommend them.

I had ordered a flower from Hong Kong by phone last August. It was ordered for my daughter's birthday. The staff there was so helpful and friendly and they had a very good arrangement on time to send the flowers to my daughter's hand in her office. She was so happy for that. It was because I make the orde overseas , I met some technical problems to handle the payment, the staff there settled it for me financially. It was a very nice experience with this flower shop.

Our family experienced a loss due to Covid. With no possibility of a funeral, the family was only together for a short period of time. Under these time constraints, I contacted Enchanted Florist to arrange personal delivery of their indoor plant basket. We wanted a unique arrangement as we were unable to share the family's loss in person. We contacted the shop to explain the situation and an employee contacted the owner. Notwithstanding her absence, the owner returned to make up the basket, adding cut flowers to personalize the arrangement. She may even have been the person to deliver the basket. Thanks to her and her willing staff, our condolences were able to be expressed.

Ordered flowers here a couple months ago. I never ordered flowers before so I was nervous walking in. I ordered flowers for my now fiancé. The owner was friendly and easy to talk to. I spent 20 minutes in the store and by the end of it I was talking to her like we were close friends. The flowers arrived at my fiancé's workplace as planned, they looked great! I was suppose to call the store back to let them know how my proposal went but the moment kind of passed. I'll leave this review in-place of my call back!
