I am thrilled with the flowers AND customer service. I called at their closing time and was asked to either call back in the morning or order online. I ordered online (easy process) and they texted me photos of the arrangement before it was delivered. They also confirmed (texted) me when the delivery was made. I won't hesitate to shop here again.

I live in the US and was able to do something special for my mom in Port Dover. The extra touches added to the delivered arrangement and basket made her day. These are not cookie cutter florists, there is something different done based on the customer. It really hit the mark. The pricing for the flowers, basket, card and delivery was so reasonable. I’ve seen similar arrangements and quality go for over 100 stateside. The staff was so friendly and she was able to recall the details of my order though we had never met and the business was overbooked. Great attention to detail. Will for sure work with Upsy Daisy again.

Called in to get an arrangement done for my girlfriend's birthday and was not disappointed with the service! The florist is kind and extremely helpful.
