The bouquet was beautiful, as expected. However, I expected a dozen roses per the description, and only noticed later in the night that there where actually only 11 roses. Also, I asked for AM delivery, but got it around 1:30 PM. Still, the arrangement was very nice, and I will most likely purchase again.

The minute I opened the door, I was in heaven. Everything in this quiet little shop is breathtaking. She whipped up the most beautiful arrangement for me, on the spot, even though orders were coming in by the minute, and it what she made so beautiful and absolutely perfect. Exactly what I wanted. Super friendly and truly special lady making the most amazing arrangements. You really couldn't ask for more. Highly recommended, you will not be disappointed. I promise you that.

This is must see in Welland. Mary and Donna have transformed the idea of a floral shop into a cutting edge floral and custom decor stop and shop. Uniquely defined and laid out this store represents a bit of retro, vintage, country loving, and most importantly fresh blooming flowers. Shopping local has never been more important and defined as of lately. Even the stores COVID-19 policies are in place and respected.

I saved my lovely original vase and now get long stem fresh flowers when I can. It is an amazing atmosphere in their shop and everyone there rocks! The BEST ever! She was willing to work with me on every level, and went above and beyond in making my crazy ideas seem like great ones! Debbie and Donna, the one who put my arrangement together, catered to my crazy request of including a creepy clown doll I had purchased into the bouquet, and my goodness, they could not have done a better job! It was like they've been putting creepy clown dolls in arrangements their whole lives! They really brought the whole thing to life with the exact floral arrangement I was hoping for. Greetings from NJ - USA! What a small world! During COVID, I prefer to do business with local business establishments to support any local economy - USA or Canada. I googled florists in Welland and found Bella's and Blooms. Spoke with a wonderful young lady, Kylie, who helped make an amazing floral decision for a birthday bouquet. When I gave her my cousin's last name, Kylie knew the last name. How fun! Miles away and in Canada, I met a person who had a connection to my cousin's nephew. Definitely will keep their number handy to do business in the future!

Amazing place to go for flowers!! Spoke to mary with very short notice about getting 2 big bouquets of roses and other flowers and she was still able to have my order ready in a very short amount of time with extremely fair prices! Highly recommend for any event !!

Today was my first time dealing with Bella & Bloom’s, as I live 3 hours away. I called to order flowers for a dear friend who had suffered a major loss. Donna helped me out and she was absolutely wonderful. So kind and caring and took the time to talk me through over the phone about what I wanted in the arrangement. Well let me tell you she did an absolutely beautiful job, my friend messaged me right away and sent photos thanking me. I was so surprised when I got the message from her because I had only ordered them 2 hours before!!! I was referred to Bella’s and Blooms, I went in just to check it out, Donna was friendly, knowledgeable and so willing to help everyone that was in her store with different ideas on how to decorate. I walked out with two candle sticks that’s she decorated beautifully❤️ for Christmas. The other customers walked out with items as well. Prices were very reasonable on so many items. I was looking to purchase flowers and came across Bella's and Blooms after a quick Google search. I am a huge supporter of "Mom and Pop" shops and I was very impressed the moment I walked in. I was greeted right away by a welcoming young lady with a genuine smile. She gave me a few moments to look around and I was blown away by the selection they had. It was difficult choosing what I wanted with the lack of knowledge I have in flowers.That's when I met one of the owners named Mary. What a pleasure it was to have both of these ladies helping me decide what it was I wanted. They answered all of my questions and set me up with a beautiful arrangement. By the time I left the store I felt like I was one of the family. They were both very helpful and both had a great sense of humor! I highly recommend this florist for any occasion! This will definitely be my first choice for any floral or gift needs from now on.

Ordered flowers for my mother for Valentine’s Day. I live out of town so finding a nice local place was hard since there are few reliable flower shops in town. Their online ordering is easy and user friendly. I was a bit worried placing my order since the flowers did not look as pleasing online however the flower arrangement totally surpassed our expectations! Their prices were also very affordable since we weren’t looking to spend an arm and a leg. The delivery driver was very sweet and on time. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the arrangement didn’t include a package of “flower food” which is generally included. My mom loved the flowers and they still look beautiful a week later. Thanks for your great service!

I just recently ordered flowers for delivery for my girlfriends birthday and I ordered about a week in advance. The day came around and we got a huge snow storm and sadly the flowers couldn't be delivered on the desired day. They phoned me and told me the situation and were extremely professional and offered to call my girlfriend to still let her know that she had flowers coming but will be there tomorrow. Very polite and will most definitely use you guys again in the future!

I absolutely loved my whole experience with Bella and Blooms. Not ever having ordered from them, I was so impressed with the customer service, quality, and costs and delivery! The store is owned by two women, one who’s specializes and florals, the other in home decor. She was so attentive with me on the phone and made sure she knew exactly what I wanted. She sent me pictures of florals and the finished bouquet. I had told her my budget, she stayed within it and the delivery within welland was free! If you are looking for a beautiful arrangement (fresh or artificial) please check them out! I usually order from BBBlooms or watering can, but this place is aligned with their quality!
