When we ordered, we required that it be delivered as we are out of province. It was to be brought to our cousin on the passing of her dear mother, our aunt. Turns out, she happened to pop in to the store and take them home. The staff emailed us to say that they'd refunded the delivery charge, no problem. How wonderful that there are still honest & kind people out there! Thank you so much for your excellent service!

The flowers are nice.. Look nothing like what we ordered. Not even the same flowers unfortunately.. Looks cheap compared to what we had chosen. Customer service was not very knowledgeable either. Would not re order from here.

I chose the "deal of the day" bouquet from their website for Mother's Day. The arrangements were beautiful and have lasted a week and half (and counting). My order wasn't ready when I arrived at the pick up time I had scheduled, the staff worked very quickly to put my bouquets together. I was worried with them rushing around, the arrangement may look cheap or mismatched but that was not the case. As I said above, the bouquets were so beautiful and the staff were very friendly. I will be back and I would recommend!

I wanted to send flowers to my best friend in Ontario (from the U.S.) after the birth of her baby. I messaged with Lindsey over the course of a couple weeks so everything could be in order when my friend gave birth. Well she gave birth today and they prepared a beautiful arrangement and had it delivered the same day!!! Thank you ladies. ????

I called yesterday to order a bouquet pick up for my mother in laws bday. I worked at a flower shop for 8yrs in Ottawa. I asked for the flowers to be in floral foam because I didn't want a vase inflating the cost. I was told they don't usually do this? I could get a cheap bud vase with a cpl stems in it (for 30.00) I did not want 10.00 worth of flowers in a 5.00 vase, so I went with just a 30.00 flower bouquet. She mentioned daisies and carnations (cheap, but I deffinetly assumed more than one of each) Here is what I got for 30.00 +tax, and in brackets what we priced each flower at my shop. Gerbera daisy (5.00) 2 carnations (1.50 each) 1 Asstro (2.00) 1 stem of daisies (5/10.00) And some babys breath and green (Maybe 4.00) My husband had wanted to go to walmart or the grocery store but I insisted on a real flower store. Was obviously regretting that call when he arrived with a [very pretty] 15.00 bouquet. I knew I should have said I worked at a flower store to get a good value but I was too shy :(
