Very upset. I phoned for Xmas order a Thomas kencaden tree center piece for my mom. This was end dec 1st. Was told they would be in in a week. Ok delivery for around dec 14th. Ok..I live in ont. Mom in b.c.. they pied around dec 11th that it might go out dec 16th. I said ok. No mention that they don’t sell kencaden. To top it off I find out my sister had to pick it up. I finally got a pic of it via messenger. Way to big for a center piece. They stuck a tree stump in middle to make up for missing kencaden. I paid a lot for the Thomas kencaden which I have been sending to my mom for over 10 yrs. Thanks to summerland flowers she received a mess. Never again will I deal with them. Took my money. Lied to me.
