Went in looking for a pothos (very basic and common) and the woman working didnt know what a pothos was.. she couldnt name any of the plants. If youre working in a plant store, shouldnt you have SOME knowledge of the plants? I won't be returning sadly. And glad to know after reading reviews that I overpaid for my plants.

Way over priced, wanted 15$ for a 2" succulent, my suggestion would be just goto the supermarket, lowes or home depot where you can get 4 succulents for the same price.

I ordered online the night before my aniversery to deliver flowers to my fiancés work.. called the next day to confirm and a nice woman told me the details of when it would be delivered.. turned out to be an amazing arangement of flowers with a vase.. even better than i pictured from the website.. thanks alot!

I often pass by this shop before, but I have never been in it. A few days ago, I took a walk through the window and found many beautiful flowers and even succulents. When I entered the shop, I was fascinated by the beautiful succulents. I am very happy to buy a few POTS of succulents from the store. My girlfriend especially like it. There are so many beautiful flowers in the store that I don't think I'll ever have to worry about where to buy flowers again. During our conversation, I learned that she is the new owner and she is very nice and manages the store beautifully, which should be the main reason that attracted me to visit the store. I bought flowers here last mother's day and the owner was SO accommodating and nice even though it was crazy busy. Not only did she happily make some adjustments that I asked for, but I accidentally dropped the vase on the way to the car! She offered to replace it and was so nice. Highly recommend, beautiful flowers and excellent service. You can really tell she cares about her clients and to make occasions extra special.

SAME DAY DELIVERY!! My cousin got married yesterday. I couldn't make it, and felt bad. My friend suggested on Saturday morning that I send flowers, and I thought it was a great idea. I called Kennedy, gave them my mom's phone number and paid through my credit card on the phone. I don't know much about flowers, so I just told them my budget and said "wedding colours". They delivered the flowers right on time, the bouquet was big, beautiful, and i got much more than I expected for what they charged me. The bride was thrilled and all is well with the new couple. I decided to use Kennedy Flowers based on their good reviews and proximity to the school I needed the flowers delivered to. I placed an order 3 days prior to Valentines to be delivered to a nearby school as a surprise by 2pm. I know Valentines is one of the busiest days of the year and completely understand being a few minutes late. The driver arrived at 3:40pm near the end of the school day and called the number but did not leave a message. Every school has a doorbell and the driver did not ring the bell. There is always staff working to accept deliveries. The driver left with the flowers. The owner was contacted during this time and explained to me that they are extra busy during this time, which I understand. I was promised a second bouquet for the mix up and was also told I would be contacted on the 15th. I also explained that we had located the driver and they were going to deliver to the home instead. I was also very clear that having the flowers delivered to my home ruined the surprise. If I wanted flowers to my home I would have picked them up myself. The following day I never received a call and the flowers weren’t delivered to the school. That was 2 days of disappointments and unacceptable promises. A refund, gift certificate or more flowers would have been more than welcomed. I was offered $10 for the mix up on a $135 order. The flowers looked great but the customer service was absolutely the worst I have ever seen from the driver to the owner, a complete fail.

Everything is incredibly overpriced. I am always frustrated with the lack of service here but the last straw was last night. I recognized the owners while at the checkout at value village buying boxes full of pots and glassware which explains the random nature and dusty of their wares. So they buy used and just hike up the price. I don't know how they stay open. I've gone in there multiple times over the last year or two hoping to find something for a reasonable price and always leave disappointed and frustrated at the lack of customer service. Usually nobody is around when you walk in and there are no prices on anything so you have to ask. I wish Ottawa had a reasonable flower shop. Your best bet is still getting lucky at supermarkets or Rona etc type garden centres.

We ordered an arrangement to be sent to the funeral home of a family member who passed away, and after driving 6 hours to the funeral home to see the flowers in extreme disappointment. They were much smaller than what they said they would be and the price was sky high! When we called to ask about it we talked to a man who was extremely rude to us after we explained the situation. We will never get flowers from here again. Absolutely atrocious costumer service from the man on the phone who we spoke to!
