Very disappointed with the bouquet I received. My sister and I bought a bouquet to be delivered to our mother on Valentine’s day and she didn’t receive the flowers that were advertised. The first picture is the bouquet we had ordered for her. The last two photos are what she received for almost $80. The description on the website said that the bouquet included pink roses, tulips and carnations. However, she only received 12 roses and baby's breath which was not included in the description. Due to the holiday, I would understand if they were short on the other flowers, but it would have been nice to know in advance that they would be missing. Especially because we ordered this bouquet a week in advance. They do not resemble the picture or description on the website at all. I have tried calling multiple times a day for the past 3 days and finally got a hold of Sandee yesterday. I was able to get a full refund, however, Sandee was impolite and unprofessional during the phone call. My sister had a similar experience while talking to her over the phone as well. I would not recommend buying from this florist.

I would not recommend this florist. The first picture is what I paid $88 for. The subsequent pictures are what I got. If you can't see the first picture, just look at what I got--for $88. I could not get a hold of them at all to discuss, ever. Save yourself time and disappointment and just avoid.

I called in a order for pickup for my 5th year aniversary. And they had my flower arrangement made in an hour and was ready for pickup! Looked beautiful my spouse was extremely happy with them!

Made an order for same day delivery on Valentine's Day(yesterday) but there was no delivery made. Since yesterday I have been calling, sent emails, texts, WhatsApp messages but no response or answer. Their voice mail is full. I am very disappointed and had to call my credit company to cancel my card. Very inconvenient.
