Ordered these to be delivered next week but they arrived today. Flowers in the picture online have been subbed out for cheaper more common flowers. So much for a Thanksgiving surprise. Won't order from this company again. Edit: So they did send a bouquet on the actual order date and an apology for messing up. For that reason I did move my 2 stars to 3 stars. I did appreciate that they acknowledged their error. I would give 3 1/2 stars if I could but still won't be ordering with them again.

Very disappointed in customer service - placed an online order for delivery - checked out and paid online and then noticed a few days later, an additional $15 delivery fee that we were not aware of. When I contacted the store to inquire about the additional charge, I was disappointed in the response. Would prefer to know total cost when paying and not find out extra fees when viewing credit card bill. The total cost was $90 and the flowers delivered were very underwhelming and not what I expected from the online order photos.

i ordered the "Jolly Candy Cane Bouquet" yesterday from Kirk. Cost $129.93 after taxes and delivery. i received a picture from the client who received the bouquet from Orillia Square Florist and it wasn't at all what i ordered. it barely had 10 to 12 flowers in it, picture on the left, and no where close to what the picture on the website. i ordered the same bouquet, same size (deluxe) from other florists for other clients. They sent us pictures of the arrangements they received and there was no comparison to what they received and to what was sent by Orillia Square Florist for the same amount. see pics below. Very disappointed as they are not trustful to deliver the item that was ordered.
